SpringHill Suites by Marriott Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Mall of America

The team here was incredibly kind and they had an expansive breakfast selection. We were excited to get a hotel close to the airport to do some plane watching, and the team generously put us in a corners suite. The suite was one of the largest hotel rooms we've ever been in, it had separated living room/bedroom areas and incredible views directly at the end of the runway and of many maintenance hangars. It was also surprising quiet as can be, I barely heard the planes even though it felt like they were eye level with me at take off! The corner rooms are a plane-spotter heaven.

Fantastic Marriott hotel by MSP. Wide variety of rooms for all travelers. Nice bar and in the lobby...but they only have pizza (which tasted fine).

Staff is super friendly. Excellent fitness center. Small indoor pool for the kids, but sadly no spa/hot tub as it was concreted over.

Overall, highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great hotel! Breakfast is delicious. The bartender working (young gal with blonde hair), deserves a RAISE!!! She was the friendliest person ever. Greeted us. Offered us food and drinks. Got to know our story a little bit. Told us “welcome home” anytime we came back. She was working the crowd every time I went down. Honestly, give this girl a bonus. She’s making you $$ at that bar, I promise you that! Our son was injured and she was interested in hearing about it. Just such a good person. Made our whole night. I love happy and friendly people. The gentleman that checked us in the first night was also so cool. He found us the next day even and asked about our son’s leg. You’re doing it right! We will be back!! Loved the coffee out and fresh ice water and water with lemon daily. Our kids loved the suckers and candies by the front check-in. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Clean pool area, no whirlpool was a bummer, BUT it seems many hotels are doing this. I imagine it’s a liability with legionella’s. Not a deal breaker. The pool warm and super clean. We had a great overnight stay here. The beds were fantastic and the staff was excellent! It's in a good location and even though there's an airport right next door you would never know it from the rooms inside. Freeway side you can still hear some road noise but it's bearable.

Very nice hotel with small king suites close to the airport with decent rates. Clean and upscale...Marriott brand is quality.

This hotel is a great option for anybody! We stayed at a terrible hotel the week before near the mall of America. But this hotel is absolutely awesome! The front desk and staff is very friendly and helpful. They seem to love their job! The rooms were clean and pleasant and comfortable bed. Great shower! And the breakfast the next day was very good! I will highly suggest anyone to stay here you’ll be pleasantly surprised how great it is. Stay away from Best Western plus hotel. That is a disaster hotel! Check out my review of that hotel if you need to, so if you’re in the Minneapolis area and want to go into the mall of America? Stay at this hotel. You cannot go wrong if you do that.

Leaps and bounds better than expected. Had fresh brewed coffee around the clock and the room was clean new top notch

The service by the front desk staff the day we checked in was less than stellar, but the service the next morning at breakfast by the young lady keeping the supplies full and the kitchen staff was absolutely on point!

Would stay again just to have breakfast 😋

I never write reviews but I had such a good experience that I feel I needed to take the time to write a review. First I was so happy that I actually could talk to someone at the location which sounds simple but now a days it's rare. My flight was canceled due to weather and I had to spend the night at the airport as I couldn't find a hotel that had a room available and I couldn't get an Uber or a rent a car to get out of the airport. I booked a room for the following day the shuttle picked my up and they were kind enough to get me into my room early, I immediately took a shower in the nicest shower I have seen in a hotel and the room was great. I slept for 6 hours got up and went down to see if they had a toothbrush and Sara Becket was working and she said she had just purchased one and it was in her car and when she had a moment she would get it for me. I ordered a pizza at the bar (which was really good and the price was great) Sara brought the toothbrush over to me!!! Excellent customer service and a beautiful room. I highly recommended Springhill Suites. The gentleman at the front desk that got me into my room early was awesome as well but I forgot his name.Thank you for making a bad flying experience turn into a great experience.
It appeared to be newly redone and everything was so nice, loved the shower!! Nice and close to the airport, loved the water with fruit in the lounge and that the bar had food to eat that was really good and reasonably priced.

Short drive to Gay 90s! Room was clean and Maggie from the front desk provided excellent customer service <3

All redone- lobby, rooms. etc. Exterior may be deceiving but the interior is on par with most Marriott properties. The lobby staff was welcoming and helpful, checking luggage was a breeze.

From the moment we stepped foot in the door until we left this was a good experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, check in was smooth. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The airport shuttle was great. The room was large, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great hotel, conveniently located near the airport. Check-in was a breeze. The room was phenomenal. Stayed one night but wish it was longer. Living room, office desk, mini fridge, and microwave included. Had difficulty turning on lights because switches were hidden on lamps. TV monitors showed welcoming messages. Breakfast and coffee are served at 6 am. There was a bar inside the lobby

Was not what i expected. Wonderful staff very nice and helpful. Free 24hr shuttle to and from airport . Shuttle to MOA.Clean and a good size room with 2 queens and apull out couch Nice gym and a small pool. My family had a great experience

Nice place less than 10 minutes from MSP ( Minneapolis Airport ). Has shuttle service and very large rooms at reasonable prices for its location. Small bar in lobby area.

This was a very wonderful experience at the Springhill Suites. Each and every worker at the hotel was pleasant, professional and friendly. The hotel served great light breakfast items, coffee on hand most of the day, their bar just recently opened, and the decor was modern and clean. Rooms were spacious with the sofa/TV room partitioned away from the bedroom. There was ample towels and the room had a microwave and iron.
The hotel is about a mile from the hotel and yes, you can walk there but no need as the hotel has a shuttle that picks up at the mall every 25 on the hour. You can really get a shuttle anytime by reservation.

A very friendly hotel - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast servers, and shuttle drivers. Very close to the airport with reliable shuttle service. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Within walking distance to the Mall of America.

We stayed to use the Park & Fly option. The hotel rooms are beautiful- spacious and modern. The lobby bar/lounge area is lovely. The hotel almost lost its five star rating from us due to a snafu with our shuttle not showing up to get back from the airport. But the staff (Sarah) was very helpful and talked us through getting an Uber something we had never done. They reimbursed us for the Uber fee and proceeded to give us the VIP treatment with complimentary wine (a lovely Moscato) and free pizza (Thanks, Heidi) They more than made up for the delay. Stuff happens! I would recommend a stay here.

Nice hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful our entire stay. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were large and beds and pillows comfortable. The pullout bed left alot to be desired though.
Only issue we really had was finding toenails clipped on the carpet by the bed. 🤢
