Our floors look incredible! We reached out to Rick to schedule a consultation and he responded extremely quick and came out to the house within a couple days. We took a trip that weekend and he and his team ordered materials, demoed, installed and put everything back to where it was. We returned home to beautiful new floors!

We found FCI Maple Grove after having a bad experience getting the run around from a big box store. They walked us through everything and helped us find the perfect color of LVP for our house. Rick was super helpful (And our dogs loved him which is always a good sign!) and his team worked so fast and did a great job. So happy with our new floors. We got the LVP floors and they are so durable and not one scratch (and I have a dog). we have dropped countless things on them (including a drill) and they are still like a rock! But super smooth/soft to walk on. Best decision ever!!! The carpets are very soft and look expensive. Very pleased with the service of Rick and his team.

We had a great experience with FCI. We contracted with them for the purchase and installation of carpet throughout our entire home along with hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room. They accommodated our schedule for the installation. FCI (Rick) was very accessible via text and phone call. His responses to our questions were prompt. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and hdwd floors and the installation. I will definitely recommend FCI and will use them again.

We had a great experience! The carpet was done in a timely manner, installed professionally and the quality of the carpet and pad met our expectations. We had a budget like everyone else and they were able to go above and beyond what we thought we would get. Rick - the owner was delightful to work with.

Sadly, a month after the install we had water damage. We called them for advice and Rick came out to access the situation. We followed his directions, then called him back, and within one day they were here to replace the pad and tack the carpet down again. They even came after business hours to get it done. Looks as it did the day they first installed it.

I can’t say enough what a fantastic job they did! We started with a few carpeted rooms but added a hardwood floor in another room. The pride they had in their work was amazing. Great selection of high quality carpet! Turn-around was very fast. Installers were professional and quick on the job. Very happy with how cushy our thick pad is under the carpet. Very smooth process and prices were competitive. The owner, Rick, provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

All my furniture had to be moved and they were careful and I felt comfortable having them in my home! They put the furniture back in place and vacuumed and hauled away all the old carpeting!
