QDOBA Mexican Eats

I love this place! I come back here a lot and am not disappointed at all by the food and the friendly people.

Love this Qdoba. The food is delicious, and super fresh. The surf and turf is phenomenal. I actually watched them making my shrimp and the veggies right on the stove. The store is very clean, and they change their gloves each time. On Valentine's day they ran a buy one entrée get one free, and they had lines coming out of the door since they opened at 10:30am, and they were still super nice. The worker's are the absolute best, and so is the food.

I wish I could give this place six stars. It is immaculately clean, the portions are generous, and it's never too busy. They are never out of any toppings/ingredients, which is a surefire sign of being well run. The manager Isiaah is a wonderful gentleman, and the employees have been the same folks for years - little turnover says a lot about a business.

10/10 much better than chipotle, super clean inside. Amazing employees + super nice and funny . Food is incredible, would definitely come back again!

Quick and easy to order and friendly staff with great suggestions. Highly recommend getting a bowl so you can eat it how you like it.

I placed an order online but when the confirmation came through it was not what I wanted. I immediately called this location and that we fantastic about making sure I got exactly what I wanted and when I wanted it. The service was top notch! I really appreciate the effort they put into helping me. They are the best!

We frequent Qdoba often due to limits in our dietary needs as vegans. This spot is always a favorite - staff are efficient and so friendly, and the food is consistently fresh. Quality is the expectation here and it is delivered regularly by staff!

Needed somewhere good to eat after a day working in the south Metro. the staff was friendly and efficient at getting me order taken. i love that queso is included on the burritos. another well known establishment (or two) should take note and do the same. the food was hot and very tasty. the Mango salsa was a fun twist on an already delicious burrito and the queso and chips hits the spot. I would come back if in the area again.

This is the best Qdoba location. I don’t know why people leave negative reviews. Sounds like they’re the problem. Every time I come here the crew is super friendly and gives fair portions. They have always taken the time for us to make sure our food is good, like something they would eat themselves. Bobby makes the best quesadillas!

Staff was slammed with orders and they seemed happy to be at they're job. Very cheerful, very professional.

Made an order to pick up via the app and accidentally made it for a different location. The staff told me not to worry and got my order together fast. Thank you for the great service!

Chipotle who??? Experienced Qdoba for the first time this evening and was blown away by how good the food AND service was! John and Bobby were awesome to chat with and they both left a great impression on my husband and I both! We certainly will be back and highly recommend making a stop! 🌮✨

No exaggeration, I just had the most phenomenal experience at the Eagan Qdoba! Yvonne (I believe her name was), answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave us top of the line customer service. Thank you, Yvonne!!

I was a Chipotle stan and a Qdoba hater. I remember my first time eating Qdoba. I was in the food court of the Eden Prairie mall and we were about to watch the movie 2012 at the AMC. I hadn't eaten dinner yet and my mom gave me a 20 that day. I looked at the menu of Qdoba and it seemed like another Chipotle. I ordered a similar bowl to what I would always get at Chipotle. Chicken, extra rice, tortilla on the side, guacamole, pico, cheese, and lettuce. They didn't have lettuce at the time so I had to get the fajita vegetables. I took one bite and was in disgust. It was in the uncanny valley of what texmax might taste like if it were prepared by someone in Wisconsin making a bowl of what his friend made him from Nebraska who had texmex once at the Chicago O'hare airport. I vowed to never have Qdoba again, even if it was the only thing I could eat in the apocalypse. Well a decade later, I had it maybe once or twice. Today a friend told me that I had to get the Sweet and Spicy chicken. So reluctantly I decided to try it and my mind was blown. I will NEVER order from Chipotle again. It's like your expectations for when the new Jumanji movie came out and the same result leaving the theater mind boggled. First, I saw the new lime Shrimp on the menu. "Okay cool, that's nice" I said to myself. Then I started going through checkout: Free Guac, Tortilla Chip Topping, New Sauces, and more. All for only maybe .50 more than Chipotle. Chipotle took fresh limes from us (you have to request them now), they kept on raising the price of guac, having a tortilla on the side was extra, and throughout all this time they just released like one actually good flavor this year? Chipotle has gotten too comfortable and now Qdoba wins 10/10 on every front. Now when I go to the food court in the Eden Prairie mall, I will be getting Qdoba now and forever and always. (Do they still serve that there?)

It's great, quality "fast food". It was quiet and we were served quickly from a helpful and kind employee. I had a bowl with the chicken, which was wonderful. I added the new cilantro sauce on the side and it was so good! My son had a chicken burrito, which he liked as well, especially the spicy queso.

Isaiah and his team did a great job for our catering needs of around 50 people. I had to make several adjustments and Isaiah was extremely accommodating, understanding and patient. Read through our order several times to humor me. I can't recommend him and his staff enough.
