I visited LeRoys this morning with a tack or nail in my tire. They immediately took the time to pull the object out. The tire wasn't punctured. They sent me on my way without a charge. Very satisfied.

I needed an oil change while traveling through town on Sunday. I wasn’t expecting much, but was blown away by the service at Leroy’s. Quick, fair price, and most of all they didn’t try to upsell me on blinker fluid. In fact, they even included a car wash code for free. Who does that?!? If I went to Jiffy lube, I’d be paying twice what I paid at Leroy’s. I wish Leroy’s continued success.

I have been taking my car here since I was 16. The staff at Leroy’s are some of the best you’ll find. No price gouging, very transparent, very helpful, and VERY fast. They will take care of you 10/10.

After calling around to many tire places, including the one I have a tire plan through and finding no one who could squeeze me in for a last minute nail repair on a busy Saturday. Leroys said they'd squeeze me in but it might be 1.5 hrs. I ran and grabbed fast food while waiting and it was fixed before I even ate! Thankful they were able to squeeze me in on a cold day before the holiday week!! And service was so fast! Thank you Leroys!! I will be back!

I was due to drive home the following morning, back to Las Vegas, when the automatic rear hatch/door on my Highlander got stuck open! I was frantic trying to figure out what to do and how to get help. I called multiple Toyota dealers in the greater Minneapolis area, but none would see me for several days at least. No one from Toyota cared about my predicament.

My mom lives up the street and said Leroy's was their go-to mechanic shop for many years, so I gave them a call.

Like so many other reviews here, they said to bring the car over, and they'd take a look. The mechanism was fixed in less than two hours that afternoon, and for a reasonable price. I was so very relieved to be safely on my way the next day

AND they also fixed a minor bodywork issue without charge and without being asked. One of the metal edge-guards on the back door had gotten caught on something and was pulled away from the door, bent. As an older widow lady, I didn't have a clue how to fix it, as it would not just bend back into place. It was catching on everything as I'd move past the car, because it stuck out a good inch. Now, it is in place with no evidence there was ever an issue with it!

My car stopped LITERALLY one block from here. I called the place my brother recommended, and they told me the tow would be costly and they wouldn't be able to do anything until the next day. They recommended Leroy's. Leroy's had me call Chief's Towing (also 5 Star), and my car was on the lot in 30 minutes, and ready to drive off in 2 hours. With the snow and cold, my fear of the transmission going out, was just a belt that had slipped off. They charged the battery, put it back on, and just charged me for a half hour of labor. MY HEROES!!! How do you NOT give 5 stars to a shop that doesn't pad the invoice?!

No appointment needed and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Fully synthetic oil 5 quarts and oil filter changed for $75!!! Wait that’s not all…Bloomingtons best car wash free with purchase of an oil change.
($14 value) customer I chatted with in lobby has been coming here for 14 year I now know why. I will be bringing my vehicles here for service for more than just my oil changes from here on out.

This morning on my way to work, my low tire pressure light came on so I called Leroy’s to see if they could get me in and they said to bring it on over!
As soon as I pulled in it was like a pit crew at NASCAR…three guys working on it jacking it up fixing it and I was out the door and on my way to work and I wasn’t even late!!
This isn’t the first time this has happened, which is why I keep coming back!

I've been getting my vehicle maintenence done at Leroys since I got my first car (16 years ago). My dad brings his personal vehicles, as well as his company vehicles here when they need maintenence as well. The staff is awesome, they are usually able to get your vehicle in right away (instead of having you make an appointment), and their service is fast. The customer service is outstanding; they actually remember their customers and take the time to answer any questions with patience. As an added bonus they give you a free car wash code with an oil change. I highly recommend Leroys!

Great car wash! It's the kind where it pulls your car through and uses soft cloth. So it is WAY faster than the ones where you pull in, park, sit there, it washes, then you drive out. If there is a long line I would still use it. With the ones where it just washes 1 at a time, I've waited in line for over a half hour.

Plus, with the soft cloth, it doesn't need extra harsh chemicals and gets my car cleaner.

And the gentleman at the front counter was very kind and friendly.

I'm glad I found this car wash! I will definitely make this a regular place, especially in the winter.

Highly recommend these guys. Been having my vehicles serviced and repaired there for a few years now and they're quick, good work, and solid prices. Not trying to gouge you but not so cheap it's suspicious either.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and personable staff. No BS on auto repairs, they'll just tell you how/what it is, and leave the decision to you. Never 'pushy or arrogant. I've been going there for years, don't plan on changing that anytime soon... even after I've moved away from the city, I still come back for service.

We traveled to the twin cities for vacation from Wisconsin, and after a 5 and a half hour drive through some sever weather we ended up with a flat tire just 15 miles from our hotel! We arrived too late to find anything open that night and had a trip to the Minnesota Zoo planned for the first thing in the morning with non-refundable ticket already purchased. I called around to other options in the morning and they all said they would try to squeeze me in but could make no promises. Then I called Leroy's and the person on the phone said "No need for an appointment, bring it down and we can look at it now." It took me longer to drive there from near the airport than it did for the team to repair the flat and get me back on my way! We even had time to grab a sit down breakfast before we made our trip to the zoo! The staff was friendly and understanding, the repair was inexpensive and the patch has still held up almost 3 months later. Thank you for saving the vacation Leroy's!

I have been taking my cars to Leroy's for 16 years now. They are incredible people; straight shooters, smart, and extremely patient and kind. I trust them and will continue to bring my cars to them until the end of time! ❤

LeRoy's Auto Service, Great Bear Center, Bloomington, is the best!!! Two times we've taken our cars there with nails in the tires. They came out of the shop as we parked our car to ask how they could help We explained about the nail and within 15 minutes, they removed the nail and patched the tire. When they patch it, it stays patched! Exceptional, friendly, and reasonably-priced service!

Very courteous and professional guys that work there. Troy actually diagnosed the problem before I gave him my keys. Travis called me promptly when car was done and thoroughly explained things in a way that I would understand. I would recommend to anybody who needs great service!

Met the new lube tech named Trevor and he was so nice and informative. He helped me tighten my lug nuts and answered all of my questions. I’ve been coming to this place for 13 years for my oil changes and I’ve never had a bad experience there but my interaction with Trevor was by my best experience there. Thanks for the help!
