I had the great pleasure of having Mike and Luke at my home today. They got my home back up and running. I can say they were the nicest and professional guys. Thank you all for your help and your office staff were top notch also. My grandbaby can play in her room again.

Mark was honest, responsive, on time every time (3-4 visits in total for the large project we did) and went to bat for me with the City and the inspector to ensure I got the work done that was going to keep my home safe, and also pass City code, but nothing more than I needed. Heidi and Becky in the office were super helpful with the billing and scheduling. I had two full panel replacements, and the pricing was extremely fair!! Appreciate all your help Mark!!

I'm very pleased with A J Moore Electric's service and honesty. They are also very fairly priced and do great work. I had them do both warranty and non-warranty work, and was pleased with both projects. I saved $5,000 because the first company I got a quote from told me I needed a brand new panel and it was an emergency. When A J Moore came out, they said only a couple circuits needed to be replaced and the panel could be upgraded (eventually) due to age, but is in safe and working condition so it's not a time-sensitive matter. I will definitely use A J Moore Electric in the future, for both warranty and non-warranty work.

We contacted AJ Moore Electric through American Home Shield to look at our electrical panel because we had some corrosion on the main breaker. The electrician that they sent out took his time in looking at our panel, and answered our other questions related to a few other things that needed to be fixed. He ended submitting to AHS to see if our main breaker would be covered. We were so impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to take his time to look at our concerns and answer our questions that we will be going with them to add more space to our panel, and will most likely have them trench electricity to our garage this spring/summer. We will be using AJ Moore Electric for all of our electric needs even if it’s not covered by our warranty.

We have been working with AJ Moore Electric for about 1 year now. Becky and Heidi have been extremely helpful scheduling our jobs and getting them completed quickly. All of the installers have been great to work with and very knowledgeable. We love working with AJ Moore Electric!

The technicians Jesse and Jeremy came out on time, called ahead of time for dispatch, and fixed the problem quickly! They were professional and I definitely recommend! They also answered a few additional questions that I had so that was very helpful. Thanks guys!

Guy came out on time and fixed a problem that we were convinced would be a long ordeal. Even fixed a separate problem that wasn't part of the service call. Would recommend!

Amazing service, great communication and repaired my concern on the first visit. I will definitely utilize their services again and have recommended them to others.

They were prompt, efficient, and easy to work with.

No call ahead of time on the appointment they scheduled and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. They did show about an hour later and fixed everything per the home warranty just poor communication.

They sent an electrician out to repair the light & outlet that wasn't working. After few hours, I called the electrician whose cell phone # I had because I had to give him access to the house. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong, and the next visit he could make would be in at least in weeks! A J Moore has called the insurance company to find how much time they're allowed to use for this repair. Ok, then what? They never informed me in anyways about the work, if they will come back in 2 weeks or 3 weeks or what? No work was done. I hired another electrician to fix it.

Take WEEKS to respond. Then make excuses as to why they dont. They dont fully read emails to find out the issue either. They just give a generic reply. After going back and forth since JULY...they finally come out in SEPTEMBER...they show up for about 15 minutes check the outlets repair HALF and tell me its fine then leave. When I ask them to repair the rest as it wasnt done the first time they again ignore me for over a week, hang up when i call (then blame me claiming it was my line then went down) Becky is horrible. She is the one who ignores you for weeks. When you explain Friday afternoons work she will just say another date completely ignoring what you said. She is RUDE overall and now 4 MONTHS LATER the issue ISNT fixed and they are refusing to respond. I had to have the account sent to another company. Beware of this business.

Absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. Our home warranty company referred us to this business for a simple electrical problem in our newly purchased home. This company didn’t call us back initially, then they showed up late to the appointment, and left without giving us any paper work. Weeks later I learned that they never followed up with our warranty company. Finally, weeks later, after calling them several times with no return phone calls, I received a call from Heidi who was extremely unprofessional, very rude and seemingly incompetent. She called me back to tell me that she finally submitted the paperwork to our warranty company. To this date, we still have not received any paperwork or any quote for repairs. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Same as other reviews. They only care about warranty service fees. Ceiling fan bearing is broken, which is obvious. They don't mind writing it up as "operable" so they can do minimal work, show up late with no courtesy call and get paid.

Down the $100 from my warranty, because these crooks don't want to do their job.

So if you want the job done wrong. Call AJ Moore but I'm sorry if you do.

An outdoor pole light and a doorbell switch at one of two entrances was not operational. AJ Moore was sent by my home warranty company BUT repaired neither issue saying the light was "outside" my home and I would need to find the short in the doorbell wire and expose it for them or it wouldn't be "covered", although the warranty company had screened the services and sent them out to my home. After they left, with no repairs, we discovered that a light switch on the inside of the wall where they left the inoperable doorbell switch disconnected now NO LONGER WORKS. They wanted to haggle about what was covered and all I wanted was for them to repair what they broke while in my home. If you don't mind poor customer service and paying for a service you don't receive, this is the company for you! Otherwise, I would look for a qualified electrician that is more concerned about customer service than they are about collecting service fees on home warranty contracts for services they cannot or will not provide.
