U.S. Bank Branch

I recently visited this branch store and my banker Bruce Wadman went above and beyond to understand my needs. He was very knowledgeable and even offer to help me with the US bank app. I can't say enough good things about him. If you're in need of someone that will help you gladly ask for him. He will give the time and patience you deserve.

I am currently having mortgage and bank with US-Bank. I have worked with Molly M. Since 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015. I have not seen her in 3 years.
Recently I need help with my current mortgage.
Came to US Bank 96 Lyndale, saw her. She was able to help me taking care my mortgage problem without hesitation. She resolved the problem for me. Thank you very much Molly M.

I was there and had some coins in the machine and it stopped counting as soon as stopped ( Jimmy, Delma, Chris and Willie) were there to replace the bags. Very happy with the service they provided, great Job guys.

Bruce Wadman was a joy to work with on a fraud issue on my checking account. Bruce is very knowledgeable and a great communicator.

People were great but y’all need to have someone clean the spiderwebs and cob webs in your drive thru! I was here for only 10 mins and I had 3 monster spiders crawl into my car. Y’all know minneapolis has some f the nastiest nesters ever so like whyyyyyy. Otherwise a good place but I don’t want to have to fight my way out of spider hell again!

Business customers stay away! Deposits take to long and CHANGE ORDERS NEVER READY! Dont waste you time wait at this location.

Very disappointed the inside lobby only open Fridays!!!! Ridiculous, at least open lobby 4hrs a day for God's sake!!!

Wish I could give Zero Stars. My family is trying to upstart a business and we are learning as we go. We came in to see if we should give U.S bank a try.
Rather than giving us grace and having the patience with us while we voiced our wants and concerns the associate that "helped" us was so blatantly rude that we left with our jaws dropped. He talked down to us and belittled our knowledge making us feel stupid and below him the entire meeting. If you plan on finding a bank... go somewhere else.. and if you already bank here... leave.

Good company bad building, started an account 3 weeks ago still no card. Get the run around when I go in to inquire about it. Now I'm waiting another 2 weeks for a new card. I'd love to pull my account and switch but this particular bank is in walking distance.
