I haven’t been here since pre pandemic. The fried Cauliflower is fire! Friends there is going to eat, there is going to eat and having good food, then, there is going to eat and the food is so good your soul is as full as your belly!
Won’t be waiting so long to come and eat again.
Amazing food, amazing service and amazing atmosphere!

Great authentic Lebanese food, been coming here for over 30 years, amazing garlic sauce

This is a family run restaurant dating back to 1983. I’ve been coming here since I was a child. The menu has only gotten better with time. All their dishes are made to order and always taste very fresh. They have some of the best toum (garlic sauce) in the twin cities.

Highly recommended if you enjoy middle eastern food.

Great spot right in the heart of Robert Street. Nice to have something unique amidst an ocean of fast food. Nice selection of Lebanese dishes to sample from that includes vegetarian options. Friendly staff, absolutely recommend (vegetarian Sultans platter is my go to).

This place has my heart. The wine is fantastic! Batroun Mountains finest. The service is always on point. As my son always says, the food is good for the soul. You feel at home from the minute you open the door and are greeted. Nothing like a family business started by parents and continued through the selfless love of family. The meat melts in your mouth and I have NEVER had falafel as good as they make it. I brought my family here for my birthday dinner this year and it was everything I needed to have the perfect day.

This food was amazing! Our server was kind and encouraging when it came to my friends going out of their comfort zone with new foods. The meats were tender and the sauces were incredible. The falafel were delicious albeit different from what I'm used to. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

I've been to Lebanese restaurants all over the world..my mother was a professional Lebanese caterer..but I have to say this food is hands down the best Lebanese food I've ever had anywhere. Service is always top notch, the restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is great. Can't recommend Beirut Restaurant enough!

The food is outstanding, and the flavor profiles are unmatched and bursting with authetic seasonings and sauces. The food is always fresh and consistent . They do tend to get busy and typically work really fast, but be sure to make reservations for dine-in or call ahead for takeout. Need something delicious for a party? Get it from Beirut, show stopping platters for sure.

Delicious food. My experience of Lebanese food is very limited, but I look forward to going back to Beirut already.

We had a party of 4, with two being vegan.

I had the chicken with lemon, white wine, etc. that is served with rice pilaf and sliced potatoes. Delicious and priced appropriately. My partner had the Sultan, which was chicken with onions, red peppers, and a red sauce. He had a side salad with it. Also delicious and priced appropriately.
The other two diners had the falafel plates. They let us taste their meals and the falafels were some of the best I've had.

The table shared the fattouch, pita with garlic sauce, and fried cauliflower with sauce (tahini?). My favorite was the fattouch and I would return just to have that again.

We were all pleased with our meals.
Reasonable prices for delicious food in a comfortable setting. I wish I'd tried this place sooner!

We love this 2nd generation locally owned establishment. Our favorite is the Mezza dinner for two for $60-carnivore or $50 for the vegetarian...the meat eaters is a wonderful sampling of at least 10 appetizers and four kabobs of your choice served with rice pilaf and fresh pita bread...my personal favorite is the roasted cauliflower dish. The garlic sauce really shines when eaten with the lamb kabobs. We can never finish the whole thing, so we have plenty of left overs for lunch the following day...Great service and super kind waitstaff. They have recently remodeled to a calm and peaceful atmosphere where the wine selection, full bar and TV take center stage...the old decor was charming. The delicious food remains. We will be back and often. A west side favorite for sure.

We love this place. The owners go out of their way to make your dinning a good experience. They are kind, caring and train their staff to be the same way. The food is always above average. We get cravings for the rice and garlic sauce. So many good menu choices.

This was a great place!! All the food was so good. I would definitely suggest getting the Mezza because you get 10 appetizers along with 2 kabobs with meat of your choice and rice pilaf. The Mezza gives you a very good sample. I can't say I was a fan of all 10 appetizers, but by having others sharing the Mezza there was something for everyone. That, of course, is just my personal preference. All of the appetizers are served in individual dishes so the table really gets loaded with food.

Our dinners were delicious!! Falafel appetizer was perfect; loved my lamb kabobs, and the tabouleh was marvelous as always. Of course, the garlic sauce was ohhh yeahhh! The mangomosa was a great take on the mimosa. :)

**A Culinary Journey to Lebanon in the Heart of West Saint Paul**

From the moment we stepped into Beirut Restaurant, we were embraced by the warmth and hospitality that felt like a direct extension of Lebanon itself. As someone whose partner has Lebanese heritage, this visit was more than just a meal; it was an exploration of a culture and culinary tradition we've been eager to connect with.

We started our culinary journey with an assortment of appetizers that were nothing short of spectacular. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned, a testament to the simplicity of Lebanese cuisine done right. The baba ghanouj had a smoky depth that danced on the palate, while the labneh, with its smooth, tangy richness, was a refreshing contrast. The falafel, crispy on the outside and tender within, was a flavor revelation that set the bar high for what was to come.

The sfayeh was an exquisite surprise, with kofta spread on pita, offering a delectable taste of Lebanese home cooking. This dish provided a rich and savory flavor that was both comforting and utterly delicious, showcasing the versatility of Lebanese flavors. The Lebanese shawarma wrap was a masterclass in balance and flavor, with tender meat, fresh vegetables, and just the right amount of sauce wrapped in a soft, chewy bread.

But it was the fresh mint lemonade that truly stole the show. It was the perfect accompaniment to our meal, offering a burst of freshness and zest that cleansed the palate and invigorated the senses.

Our visit to Beirut Restaurant was more than just dining; it was an immersive experience that brought us closer to understanding and appreciating Lebanese culture and cuisine. The attentive service, authentic flavors, and warm atmosphere made us feel like we had traveled to Lebanon without leaving West Saint Paul. For anyone looking to explore Lebanese cuisine or searching for a meal that is prepared with care and served with love, Beirut Restaurant is a must-visit destination.

Thank you, Beirut Restaurant, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be returning, eager to explore more of what Lebanese cuisine has to offer.
