Our favorite furniture store. We have purchased several items from here over the years. Everyone we have worked with has been spectacular. Most recently we worked with Maddie and Steve. There is never any pressure, they are just very helpful and know their products. A true family business that is very much involved in supporting their community.

I love this store! The furniture is excellent quality and they have a huge selection. The sales staff are very helpful but not pushy at all. We were shown all the reclining loveseats and got to test them out and ask questions. It was awesome and when we're ready to buy, we'll be back.

I will echo the previous poster - I love this store! Beautifully styled showroom and uncommonly amazing customer service. The manager, Greg, went above and beyond in resolving an issue that wasn't his fault but merely an issue that fell through the cracks. I'm a faithful and loyal customer after his work to help resolve the issue so well. Great value, excellent selection and expert design help from his friendly staff. I live 40 miles away but it's always worth the trip.

Absolutely amazing experience all the way around! It was my fifth stop of the day and I about had it until I walked in the door. Jennifer helped me with my purchase. She was warm, inviting, professional, very knowledgeable and not a bit pushy! I was able to purchase and take my chair home the day of! Not to mention the selection was the best in town. Thank you Jennifer and Furniture & Things for a phenomenal experience. I will be back for future furniture purchases!

Denise was helpful, attentive, gave feedback, had to work with a wife / husband tag team and she did great. Steve, one of the owners, was attentive too. Place is awesome lots of selections. We bought 6 seat dining table with chairs, a love seat, a recliner, and ordered a couch (couch 12+ weeks delivery) in one day. Now we wait for the delivery, like two little puppies looking through the front window for the delivery truck.

What a great place to buy furniture. The selection is amazing and we found the sofa sleeper we were looking for. Rebecca was amazing, she was knowledgeable and friendly. We also found a recliner in the bargain floor. Positive experience all the way around!

After spending the weekend looking at furniture from different stores, I ended up happy with my decision here. Phil and Cindy were both great to work with, and not having commission-based compensation really made the experience better than every other place.

I was interested in just a bed that was part of a set and they ended up selling me just the bed. It was a great deal.

Love this place! Quality furniture that has affordable options if you're up for hunting for bargains! The staff is super friendly, but knows when to back off and let you shop on your own. We bought a bar from here a year ago, and our saleswoman remembered us and asked us how it was treating us. It was pretty cool!

My husband and I visited this showroom a month or two ago to pick out some furniture for our basement. It was my first time in the store and I was impressed by the huge variety of furniture there - you could spend a full day browsing around and picking out your favorite pieces for every room! We worked with Phil who helped us narrow it down to a few key pieces and ultimately make our final decision. Phil was friendly, informative, and helped us pick out what is now our favorite piece of furniture on the house! We were even impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the delivery team who came to bring the furniture in and set up the sectional for us. We had a great overall experience and we can’t recommend Furniture and Things enough - go visit their showroom and work with Phil if you can!

My parents and I stopped in just to take a look at their selection of sofas/sectionals. When we walked in it was a bit over whelming due to there being 4 acres of building space, but that feeling soon subsided. They have scooters, wheel chairs and other modes of transportation to assist those who can not walk long distances. I was extremely pleased by this since my mother has lung cancer and would have not been able to check out their selection otherwise.

Phil soon greeted us and asked what we were in for. He directed us to the area we wanted to look and let us be. It was a breath of fresh air to not have someone pushing you to look at everything they have and or not want. We wondered around testing different couches and found the one. Phil shortly after came to check on us and provided all the specs and figured out pricing.

Our sales rep Phil was kind and upbeat. He was an absolute pleasure to speak/work with and got us the best deals possible.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and look forward to working with this company again.

Excellent and knowledge staff. The owner does a lot for the community and that's why we shop here. Not to mention the huge selection and great prices. Delivery people could not be more polite and careful. Such a exceptional experience all the way around.

My wife and I had been to many many furniture stores. This store was the first in our search for bar stools and a sectional sofa. We were immediately welcomed by Denise. Who was very nice and NOT pushy or annoying in the typical way. We found our bar stools right away and purchased them. We also found a couch we liked but still wanted to shop around to see what was out there. We visited 5 other furniture stores that day. Some had very overpriced sofas and at some stores we were never greeted even though walking the entire store.. Ultimately we ended up back at Furniture and things for the sofa we purchased. It was delivered by two very friendly gentlemen in the time that we scheduled. Overall we were very very pleased and will certainly be back in the future.

Great customer service and sales people. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodating to work with my schedule, kept me informed all along the way until my furniture arrived for delivery. Delivery crew professional and courteous. Overall very impressed with entire staff , selection of furnishings, very welcoming and not pushy. I highly recommend this place. We've purchased many pieces here over the last 9 years. The first living room set was a bargain type set. It lasted about 8 years. We recently purchased a hand made bed and nightstand. Delivery was about 10-12 weeks. We were not ready for the pieces to be delivered when they came in. They said no problem that they would hold onto it until we are ready for it to be delivered. It was delivered and assembled for us. We just purchased two new couches this week. We were able to choose the fabric we wanted. I checked out fabric swatches to take home. The salesman was wonderful, no pressure, honest and accomodating. We were there several hours and were simply checked on occassionally to see if we had questions. I truly beleive that the salesperson makes or breaks a sale. Previous shopping experince there we felt slight pressure. Dont be afraid to 'choose' your sales rep.

We had a fantastic experience buying a sofa and loveseat. The staff was helpful and honest. We ended up getting a big discount along with delivery to the house and placed where we wanted for an unbeatable price. We will be shopping at Furniture And Things for all of our future furniture needs.

I have done business for 15 years with Furniture and Things, Steve and his staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure our purchases have gone perfect. If I ever have an issue they are on the spot right away to fix it and make us completely satisfied. Cleanliness, fair pricing and great customer service makes this store the finest in the area. Honestly, I don't know why I look at other furniture stores. I guess you want to make sure you get the best price, quality furniture and great customer service. This is the place. No need to look at chain stores. These guys are the best! We had Amy help us start to finish. Two new recliners and ended up purchasing as couch as well. That was not in our plan we got such a good deal we couldn't pass it up!

Wonderful selection of furniture, better than other big stores. Prices competitive. Mo was very attentive and helpful, showing us just we were looking for.

We stopped in tonight to look at recliners and there was a great selection. Phil was very helpful walking us through the different options. We found the perfect fit for Dad. Staff at the customer service counter were very helping in setting up a delivery date.
