These folks are great. I found them online while looking to upgrade my countertops to stone. I sent an email and they responded right away. We set up an appointment at their showroom in Elk River...They had an amazing selection of super unique stone slabs, and their representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right stone for my home. Exquisite Stone has absolutely beautiful products. It was difficult to choose just one. We were surprised at the reasonable prices. We experienced exceptional customer service throughout the process. Sonja educated us about the product and helped us pick out the perfect product for our kitchen, Nero Indiano Leather. Lance came to our home and measured the counters. They were very easy to work with when we made a couple of changes. The installers were quick and professional. We would highly recommend anyone who is updating their kitchen to purchase from Exquisite Stone. We put it off for awhile thinking it would be more complicated, but the entire team made the process easy and fun. We love our new countertops and sink, and are very happy customers!

Exquisite Stone has done 4 kitchens for me so far. Each time measurement has been on time and accurate. Each time they have met the install date, in two cases they were early. We had a minor problem on one job and the owner immediately took responsibility and worked to resolve the problem. He clearly cares about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them. It’s refreshing to work with firms like this that care about quality results.

Lance, Carol and the Exquisite Stone Team did an excellent job of solving a problem with our center island. They installed a beautiful slab of quartz which is now the focal point of our kitchen.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. My husband and I stopped in the showroom and browsed, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very, very low pressure environment. We loved the prices (very reasonable), she gave us the quote, scheduled the measurement appointment, and scheduled installation date. Everything was done within the time frame she had said it would be. There were ZERO hidden fees, no nickel and diming whatsoever. The installation went great. The two gentlemen installed it as if it were going to be in their own. They took their time (without milking it) to make sure it was perfect. They were very respectful of our home. I have had plenty of installation people come in, not care about anything, do a piss poor job and be okay with that. The two gentlemen were everything opposite of that. I am very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend this company.

We were beyond happy with our countertops from Exquisite stone. The quality and install were both top notch. We received bids from another vendor for the exact same granite for 3-4K more than what it cost here. Plus, I’d rather support smaller companies than big box so it was a no brainer. Very easy to work with. Very professional team from start to finish. The counter is cut and fits perfectly as it should. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Lance, Sonja and Carol at Exquisite Stone. They were able to quickly quote our job. They gave us great recommendations on a complimentary stone, so we did not have to replace our entire island. The measuring process was flawless, and the chance to preview all of our pieces digitally was a great way to be sure we would like how it would fit into our space. The installation process was excellent. We had made a special request to maintain a backsplash that we had in place for years, and the team did a perfect job removing our old countertops without damaging the backsplash. The space was clean when the team left. I highly recommend working with Exquisite Stone for your remodeling needs!

We were working with Exquisite Stone to find a quartz that we liked and it just wasn’t working out. We needed a larger slab and I was being pretty picky. So we went on our way to look at other places with different varieties and ended up finding what we wanted somewhere else. I called ES and asked if they could get said product and told them that we had a new quote from this vendor. The new vendor came in about $600 less but their reviews were not so hot. ES would not match their price but we couldn’t help but go with our gut (this is an investment!). We ended up going with Exquisite Stone and I’m so happy we did! It’s gorgeous! The install was so smooth, the people were so easy to work with and they even turned around AFTER the job was finished to help with a little something extra. Worth the price. 100% satisfied!

We are very happy with exquisite stone. We went to a few other places to look at there stone and pricing. Other places showed you a small sample of the stone and then told us we could go out back and look at the slab in a bigger piece which was dirty and not great light. All the other places was also more expensive. We walked into exquisite stone and was greeted right away! All there stone was in there where house nicely laid out. When we walked in we found our stone immediately. Price was great. They held our stone until our cabinets came in. Once cabinets were in they came to measure on a monday. They called us Wednesday and said they could install Friday! We were not expecting to have countertops before thansgiving it was scheduled after. That's was so amazing and we were so happy. The install went perfect. The installers were very knowledgeable they came in and knew what the were doing A+. They were also very nice. We have recommended exquisite stone to many family and friends.

Sonja, Lance & Carol have been great to work with for years. Their pricing is nearly impossible to beat in the Twin Cities and service and installation too. Highly recommend whether you’re a homeowner or Contractor like myself. The remnant selections are second to none also.
