Coborn's Grocery Store Otsego

As always their facilities and service help is top notch.

I was at the most remote self-service checkout, when an employee hurried over to offer to bag those flowers while I was checking out!

This is why I continue to frequent Coborn's!

I visited this store on the recommendation of a coworker as an alternative to cub foods. The staff is very nice and very helpful although I think they are a little under staffed as someone else waited a long time for someone to help them in the meat department.

The fried chicken dinner for the family is very good and a quick way to get the food for a picnic.

Great store if your not fussy about certain brands. There food club brands are great. At least everything I have tried.customer service is great.

Clean store, with helpful & patient deli employees (they shaved a couple of slices of meat & 1 slice of cheese), special order right at the busy noon hour. I coupled these with one of the freshest hoagie buns I've eaten. Made for a great impromptu lunch on the go. 5 stars to The Coborn's! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Loved this store. Never been before but had everything.

Emily in the floral dept was beyond amazing. I called in the morning wondering about a corsage for my daughter for prom. When I told her the color she said let me see if I can get one together. Not only did Emily come to my rescue she made an absolutely beautiful corsage!!! She made my day turn out perfect and my daughter was very pleased as well. Thank you Emily for going above and beyond!

I LOVE Coborn's. Their staff (meat market are great guys!) Bakery ladies always helping! There is one of your younger staff in the deli who is so nice and smiley that i go over there just to see what's in the case now. He's so nice. 😂 It's a beautiful store. Has a little something FOR EVERYTHING!

This is the most high-end Coborns out there, lol. However, if they are going to run with that atmosphere, they must have high end check outs and full service baggers. Not one cashier. Things ring up for way over their advertising price.

Great location and offers a wide variety of food and other condiments. They also have helpful employees to pack all your items into bags for you rather than making it feel like you are being rushed through the checkout line doing this yourself. Store is clean and kept up to date and have been doing a lot of renovation to the pharmacy and coffee shop within the store. I usually will prefer going to coborns over cub anday

Smoked meats in the deli is my favorite! I love this grocery store. Quality fresh produce, variety of foods and specialty items. Each location seems to be a bit different. What I LOVE about this location is they smoke meat daily. From 1/4 chicken, ribs, beef burgers (yes, smoked!), chicken wings, pork chops, rib eye steak. It's a great place to grab a quick bite for lunch or dinner.

The gal behind the deli counter was super friendly. Told me about what they had going on for Veterans Day. She said she hadn't worked there long but sure scored big customer service points from me. Cashier was also super helpful when I was looking for some other things in the store. Very clean, bright and welcoming store. I will be back for sure.

Great deals, friendly staff and the most delicious steaks time after time. My favorite place to buy steak these days.

There was a super nice girl stocking shelves that helped me find the best rice for sushi named Natalie. She was really friendly and was willing to help.

Very nice store. I ordered my groceries and then picked up. The girl who did my shopping packed the groceries great! She came out with a smile and loaded my car quickly. Although I am from out of state I was given great service!

Emily at the Floral Shop is AMAZING! It was important to us to use someone local for our florals at our wedding. Emily went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect with greenery and flowers on our big day! I’m so happy she is at our local store! There you can find a decent gluten free selection of food to shop from. Good produce. More stock currently. They are across from a super Target. Not sure why they built there.. It is a fairly new store. But can tell you that items I don't find it in the Target, I stop at the Corborns now and there it is. I used to always shop Colborns and had it delivered, usually just their specials, but they changed up how they delivered in my area so I quit. The reason I just don't do all my shopping there is that their prices are just so much higher. So I only go now if I can't find it somewhere else. But it is a very nice store. If you love different cheeses. They have a much larger selection than the Target across the road. 😏

I am rating 5 stars for the excellent Customer Service Amber provided to us on 2 occasions back to back!! I had placed 2 online orders and each one was not correct, things missing from my order, wrong items, and some things belonged to another Customer. Amber went over and beyond with taking care of us by actually delivering to us on each occasion to make things right and we were taken care of with a gift card and flowers. We totally understand that when you open a new store some Employees are new and it is a learning experience. Thank you very much Amber!!
