We purchased a new 2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak from Freeway Ford just a few days ago. Our salesperson was Rick Shocinski - and he is simply the best person we have every had the privilege of buying a vehicle from. He was professional, personable, kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He did not try to sell me anything - he simply was there to help me learn more about the vehicle, and answer questions and provide a great experience that was without any pressure. I came in one day, and was so impressed with Rick, took my wife back that evening for her to see the Bronco. We bought it the next day and are very happy with the Bronco, but even more so with the purchase process. And that is simply because Rick was so amazing. I should also mention that the price they offered was extremely competitive, and Rick worked to get me a great price on adding a trailer hitch (that we really wanted/needed). He had this completed so quickly I was shocked!

Dean in service is always upfront and honest about what needs to be done to keep my vehicle running great. He never pressures me into repairs I don’t need and makes sure I know what everything will cost. I’m always offered a free ride home or called upon quickly once my vehicle is done. I have done business with Freeway Ford for 25 years and can honestly say it’s my favorite place to service my vehicles.

Great experience purchasing a new Mustang. Lena was great, I've purchased many new cars and this experience was the best. Very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Great car, Great price, and a pleasant purchasing experience. Doesn't get much better than that.

I wanna shout out Anthony, the finance specialist & Evelyn one of the sales leads. Evelyn helped make my first car purchase a smooth process. She also was very helpful & friendly - was able to communicate in Spanish with my father-in-law so we were both kept informed. Anthony, man oh man what a sweet guy! He helped get my purchase agreement quickly and even gave me some cool shows for my 1 year old daughter. Thanks to them I was able to have a pleasant experience purchasing my first car.

I had been a customer of Freeway Ford before, then moved away, and have moved back. I had to get a pretty big service job done recently, and their level of service has gotten even better than before.

The whole process went fast was very easy, not having to pick up or drop off my vehicle. They also kept me informed every step of the way by either calling me or sending me texts. Glad to be back in their hands!

I went to freeway ford because my Ford dealer is 45 mins away, I was impressed by how attentive the guys were when I got into the service bay they told me what they were going to be and how much it was and they kept me informed of issues during the he service. I have dealt with a lot of shops in my time and I have to say Freeway Ford is by far my favorite!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their ford serviced!!

I scheduled an oil change and my technician was Travis- Travis was the best! They were on time, I indicated I wasn’t going to wait in their lobby but next door at Starbucks. Travis handed me a Starbucks gift card for a coffee & asked if I wanted them to drop the car off at Starbucks. I paid via text and less than 40min they dropped my car off right to Starbucks! That was such refreshing customer service, thanks Travis and team!!

I came here for service, for a recall that a lot of Ford vehicles have right now. It was my first time coming to this dealership. Getting service scheduled was easy, and the team was very communicative day of. They also have a shuttle service to take you to and from home while your car is being worked on, and included a free wash as well. I would come here again for service and recommend it to others as well!

I decided to sell my car before winter so I had an opportunity to clean up the garage and prepare for next spring. Without the promise of a trade-in and 0 commission, Brian took the time to look over my vehicle and offer a fair deal as a straight purchase. After getting into a car accident, I didn't know the first thing about purchasing a used car. Before test driving a vehicle at Freeway Ford, I was incredibly nervous for the experience of going to a dealership because of the reputation of car salesmen in general. I can't stress enough how wonderful my experience at Freeway Ford was, especially with Patrick M. I went from knowing nothing to feeling very comfortable in my decisions. Patrick treated me with respect, took the time to get to know me, was very clear/direct and broke down the different items on the paperwork or receipts so I knew what I was looking at. The communication was 10/10 and I felt like I was being treated as a friend by the entire staff. My experience purchasing a vehicle here completely turned around my mood after having a scary accident. I would recommend Freeway Ford to any young buyer looking for a good car. :)

I can't speak to what it's like to purchase/sell a vehicle at Freeway Ford however, other than having to wait a week to get my vehicle serviced, I could not be more pleased with my experience at Freeway Ford. Tyler in the service department is incredible and pays attention to detail. Furthermore, with being able to book appointments online and getting text message updates, this is the dealership I trust the most.

Way better than Midway Ford and AutoNation!

Tyler was very friendly and FAST! My work vehicle needed a new battery. I was in the lobby for 15 minutes as was back on the road in no time. All the staff here are friendly.

Went to look at a truck I seen on line and Erin Terry helped me I liked the truck and wanted to buy it and trade in my 2021 we crunch the numbers and ended up buying it drove home the new one the same day good job Erin.

Freeway Ford is in my neighborhood. I've had my Fords serviced at Freeway Ford for years. The sales staff and finance are very professional. My new F150 is just right for me.
