I had a wonderful experience with Service Star Plumbing! After contacting them, Nathan was able to come out the next day to take a look at my water softener. Lo and behold I needed a new one. They would have been able to install a new one the same week, but due to my work schedule they were able to come out during my next availability. I was concerned about the cost of installing a new water softener, but Service Star Plumbing was able to offer financing that worked for my budget. Nathan, Jodi, and the rest of the team are very friendly! Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained things precisely. I will definitely use Service Star Plumbing again for all my plumbing needs. I would recommend Nathan to anyone!! We had a drain cleaning service company come out & unfortunately busted a hole through our pipe. Nathan came within 2 hours of calling him. Not only did he fix our pipe, he fixed a few other items that were going to be our next major leak/issue. He also walked us through many tips & tricks for other items. 10/10 recommend!! Gavin was great! He explained what he was going to do to fix my leak, he showed me the progress as he worked. He found another problem in the process and fixed that too. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to get the work done.

I was notified by text that they were on their way, within their time that I was give that they would be their, He found the leak in our bath tub plumbing and explained what he was going to do to repair the problem. He made repair and cleaned up the work area. Their bill was fair. We would recommend them if you need work.

The service was outstanding. He efficiently cleared and eliminated hair blockages from 6 drains, all while only applying a $49 trip fee. Moreover, he generously provided me with a bottle of Bioclean for future use. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to them again. Such exceptional service is unparalleled to any I’ve experienced before.

I had 1 of my commercial properties pipes busted. I had another company come out first they looked at the problem then said they needed to come back out in 2 days because lack of man power… huh…? I wasn’t too confident in their analysis and explanation of what took place. So I called for a
2nd opinion which is when I called Service Star Plumbing. A gentleman came out I believe his name was Ed. He was very professional, he walked the area and took the time to show me the issue and why it occurred. Ed then told me how long the job would take. That he could start that day and have it completed. The job only took a day annnnnd I saved money on the job as well. I strongly recommend this company. They were very transparent and efficient. Bravo!!!

Repair tech was professional and the repair was done very quickly. Quality of the work and parts was top notch. Would definitely recommend/ use again.
