Hollie at Corner Home Medical in Woodbury, Minn. is a wonderful employee! My wife Jill and I have been there three times to ask questions, make purchases, have equipment adjusted, etc. Hollie was there each time and proved that she is very knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. It has been a real pleasure dealing with her and we will definitely use Corner Home Medical for our future needs.

Bot Julie Natlor and Steven, who also worked there, were awesome. So professional and very thorough with telling me how to use my new C-Pap. They also had a woman come in without an appointment and they were so nice to her regardless of the fact she had a client (me) in the office and regardless of her insistence of having Julie help her right then. She had no appointment and was so rude but Julie and Steven both helped explain that she needed an appointment and they were so professional in how they felt with her. They offered me a choice of supplies and gave me an extra box to carry it all. So nice and so friendly. Thanks so much!

The prescription you get for the CPAP machine from your doctor doesn't guarantee that you'll be able to successfully use the machine. It takes professionals like Julie at the Woodbury store to fit your mask and to guide you through the issues that inevitably come up. Julie also made sure that my insurance covered the cost of my supplies

Even though there was a "line" or a wait, felt as though I were acknowledged by Steven. Even though he was busy with other people he didn't ignore me. He continued with other people and apologized for the wait. He was very professional and gave the attention needed to all of the customers ahead of me. I observed his sincere customer attention. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions. Steven is an excellent employee!

Corner Home Medical in Woodbury has a great selection. Steven was so helpful with finding the best walker for my Mom. Went out of his way to get additional options from storage to make sure it was the right choice. Prices are reasonable and Steven showed us tricks to getting it into our trunk.

I had Mr. Steven M. Help meat the Woodbury store and he was awesome. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He made up for everything else I went through in the last 2 months. He is a great sales person and I hope he is there for a long time. I hope when you go to this store that you get Steven to help you because he realy knew what he was doing.

Competent, friendly, easy to work with folks here! I especially appreciate that there's no"hard sell" like I've experienced at other providers of CPAP supplies. Here they provide only what you ask for with no pressure to get stuff you don't need just because "your insurance is going to pay for most of it anyway!" Good folks.

Initially, my husband and I experienced 2-3 weeks of frustration and relatively long phone wait times. We know Corner Medical is very busy with the Resporonics CPAP recall and we also soon realized that there were major communication problems between Minnesota Sleep Institute, Corner Medical, Medicare, UCare supplemental insurance, and my husband and me. We both needed new CPAP/BiPAP machines as a result of the Resporonics recall. However, at the end of the 2-3 weeks of frustration, we were VERY pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and training received from both Saran (corporate offices ???) and Julie N (Woodbury offices for training and presentation of the new BiPAP equipment for my husband). Still waiting for my machine, but hopefully it will come soon.

Julia has been so helpful with our cpap and bibap machines and supplies. While getting supplies I brought Machine in to see if I could turn off the humidifier. She immediately went to the machine and did it. She also checked the filters. Uhoh they were filthy. Julie is so patient,
helpful and pleasant to work with. She deserves 10 stars.
