Our experiences with Lakewoods Remodeling have been fantastic! They have performed 3 jobs for us over the years. Recently they sided and roofed our mud room addition. The work was top-notch, on time & full cleanup every day and on budget. Scott & crew quote, plan and execute so our project was worry-free! We will be absolutely work with them again.

Lakewoods Remodeling did an excellent job with my new roof. This was my first time submitting a claim through my insurance and Scott went above and beyond to ensure I understood every part of the process. He worked with my insurance, and ensured I was treated fairly. Everything from the delivery of materials, installation, and clean up was done with the utmost professionalism. The whole process was smooth, and the project was done in no time. Will definitely be using Lakewoods Remodeling for any future projects.

Lakewoods did our roof and gutters, and we are very happy with their work. They were recommended to us by our neighbor and Lakewoods was great: Quality work, great crews, discussed shingle and gutter options, and at a competitive price = a lot of value! Lakewoods was the only contractor to suggest that I contact my insurance company to ask if I would get a discount on my premium by installing the more durable Class-4 shingle: The result is a 25% drop on my premium that will pay for the higher shingle cost in less than 4 years, save me money in the long term, and provide superior storm and wind protection. A triple-win. My neighbor and I both still have our Lakewoods signs in our yards.

Lakewoods replaced our old wooden siding with new low-maintenance vinyl siding. We are very happy with the results, the timeliness of the work, and the responsiveness to our questions. Hired Lakewoods Remodeling to replace aging roof and gutters. After receiving proposals from three separate companies, Lakewoods Remodeling was both competitively priced and the team had the best communication.

Scott managed our project. He was upfront, transparent, and helped in multiple ways. He showed us pictures of shingles, fittings, and gutter options. He was also very responsive to questions ranging from a new chimney for a kitchen range hood to allocating time for me to do fascia repairs before gutter install.

Lakewoods Remodeling showed up timely, kept the job site clean, and communicated all challenges including the removal of a vent/chimney no longer used. Scott also suggested adjusting attic vent locations to provide more efficiency in airflow.

I strongly recommend others use Lakewoods Remodeling for roofing needs. We will use them again when we decide to redo siding.

Working with Brad and Lakewoods was a great experience. I am a new-ish homeowner with a lot of questions. Overall, I felt valued as a customer and so glad I selected this company to do the work. The new roof looks amazing, I'm so happy. I also needed new gutters and wanted leaf guards. The previous gutters had some interesting downspout placement, and there were no gutters on the garage; we worked together to get them better placed. Again, I am so very happy with the result.

Met with them and got honest assessment about my roof. Accepted proposal, and within one month of initial meeting - everything done with no issues. Used Lakewoods twice now in NE MPLS with two different homes and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

My insurance company put me on notice that I had to repair my flat membrane garage roof and only gave me 18 days to get it done or they were going to cancel me. Not only Lakewoods respond quickly while answering all my questions and giving me an extremely good estimate nearly half of others but they also got me scheduled and the roof finished in the less than acceptable time frame the desk jockeys had given me. They really listened and adapted to what was needed. Now that is huge in this day and age. The customer is what’s important to them and I cannot give them any higher praise then to recommend them to anyone who asks me which company to choose. They are more than willing to work with you on your terms.

We are so glad we chose Lakewoods. Most of our neighbors went with other companies before us but we were the first to get our new roofs. The quality of service and products was great! And the company is so professional. No pressure sales .

We first contacted Lakewoods a couple of years ago to come out and inspect our roof after a hail storm. We didn’t have enough damage for a new roof but we were told we probably had 1-2 years of life left with our current roof. Fast forward 2 years and we contacted Lakewoods again for a roof and gutter estimate. Brad came out, looked at our roof and emailed the estimate a couple of business days later. Brad was very responsive via email and phone with our questions regarding the estimate. We wanted to change the type of roof venting and add on the leaf guards to the gutters. The roof installers were polite, quick and clean. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters!! Will happily recommend Lakewoods to others.

I had a great experience with Lakeside Remodeling. I left them a message about getting an estimate on our roof after noticing a leak. They were really quick to get back to me, walked me through the process of an estimate, and had someone out the next day to give me an estimate.

Their estimate was very competitive, they seemed very knowledge about what they were doing, and very responsive to questions and concerns. Once the roofing was scheduled they were on time, gave me a clear rundown of what would happen the day of the roofing, and everything was delivered right on time to complete the work. They did a great job reroofing our house, and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone I know.

I found Lakewoods Remodeling on Angi's list in 2019 when we needed new siding. Scott was so amazing and our experience was so great that there was no doubt I would use them again when we recently needed a new roof. Again Scott was so great to work with. He spent so much time helping us pick the right product and color, never with any pressure to upgrade or add on anything beyond the original plan. And again the entire experience was so smooth and easy. His workers do amazing work, clean up so well and just do such a professional job.

We have a second property that also needs a new roof but this property is out of state, beyond the area that Lakewoods services. I still called Scott just in case he had any ideas for me and sure enough he spent time walking me through how to find a contractor, how to manage insurance, and offered other information that was so helpful. He didn't benefit from this but is just so willing to share his expertise.

Finally, I just heard from Scott as the roof we chose was just added to a list of products that insurance companies offer a discount on premiums for. He guided me in how to submit a form to our insurance and we just got approval to save $360 a year on our annual homeowner's insurance premium. I would have never known about this and he made it so easy to pursue.

Five stars is not high enough for the consistent performance of Lakewoods Remodeling. It just doesn't get any better than this.
