Great food, large portions at an excellent price!

Just like its namesake: Is this place for real? Super cheap, lots of food, nice people.

Super friendly, double checked with me to make sure I know I was ordering the food I want before they making the food, which I was very thankful since I would of ordered the wrong dish 😂 got what I wanted, food was made quick and fresh!

I used to live next door & would always get the Sweet & Sour Chicken & the Chicken Chow Mein. I went back today after a few years and decided to try the Beef Lo Mein instead. It’s great! Lots of beef and very hot. My only complaint is that the Cream Cheese Wontons didn’t come with Sweet & Sour Sauce.

We live quite a distance away. This is the only place we'll eat Chinese. It's only take out besides. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. Food is wonderful!

We’ve been coming here for 10 years. Great food with Large Portions. We get the Chow Mein Sesame Chicken and Pork Fried Rice. Hits the Spot Every Time. The Owners are The Best, So Kind.

We were introduced to Shangri-La III about a year ago.

The food is great, the owners are equally great and the employees are part of the success of this restaurant. It starts with the food, if it's great the employees are next. No issues there. Then onto the owners. They are as good as it gets. They care about us, the customers and also they care about the product they produce.

Mostly a take out restaurant and that's fine by us.

Still one of the best Chinese food restaurants in the Twin cities. Always a delight.

Shangra-La III is a fabulous take out restaurant. I've gone here for years and the service is wonderful. The staff is kind and courteous. I highly recommend visiting this spectacular little place in North St Paul. You will not be disappointed!!!

Shangri-La 3 is a simple but delicious restaurant that is always my go-to place for Chinese takeout. The fried rice is my absolute favorite. It’s so flavorful! It is not overly salty also which I like. I’d also recommend the wontons and the lo mein. Both are excellent.

Had a last minute appointment in the area and settled on Shangri-La to grab a quick lunch. I ordered kung po chicken and an order of eggrolls. These are my favorite eggrolls. I love a very vegi-forward pork Eggroll and these were it!! Cravings satisfied! The Kung Po was also delicious it had a great kick( not like those other places that say it’s spicy and it’s not) really nice spice but not burn your head off! Food was quick and the service was super friendly I will definitely be back!

Family run, Historic NSP location. The menu continues to expand and they do their best to have your food hot and fresh when your ready!

Fried rice was good - has that smoky flavor so it depends if you like that. I do wish there been a little more veggie variety in the vegetarian.

Wontons were very tasty and sweet and sour sauce was tasty.

Still swing thru this place ever since we where kids. Some of the Best chicken chow mien in the state. If your in the neighborhood order ahead and pick up on the fly. So worth it.

Recently discovered this little spot in N. St Paul. The food is great for takeout Chinese. The portions are big for the price. Food is flavorful but not spicy. Like I do, you'll have to add some heat to it if you like some kick. Not a negative at all though. Lastly they are very quick to prepare your order.

Stopped by after a day of shopping with a friend. She has eaten here many times. This was my first. I just got the pork fried rice. We called ahead, my friend uses a wheelchair, so they brought our food out, and payment was easily done. The food came quickly and was hot. Good fried rice. Reasonably priced. Not really a lot of parking, just spots out front. I don't think it is handicap accessible. I would order from them again if in the area.

Good food, decent prices and plenty to eat. Just call ahead and place your order. They will let you know how long it will take, call when you get there and it is brought out to your car. Don't forget the cream cheese wonton, they are delicious!!
