One of your employees who drives a Black Tahoe with the license JPJ646 has no regard for others. Extremely inconsiderate. Could be stupidity but I’m not sure. He cut off a semi heading into work. Could of caused a serious accident.

I wished there no stars at all because that what I would give the 3rd shift supervisor Jose.. One star for Pelican biothermal 3rd shift is currently under a terrible management. Lack of leadership. No significant actions are taken whenever there’s false, discriminated, if you don’t go outside and smoke with him, he harasses you; but also gets harassment by other employees they don’t care about your mental health!
harassment verbally by other employees and supervisor.. A horrible supervisor attitude with the inadmissible company.
Beside that, Pelican Biothermal has great things to offer with great benefits. (Giving solid 4 stars) Work ethics matter the most as well as your attendance. Also, make sure to always voice your concern as well regardless of what others tells you.

Worse company to work for The supervisor name his name is Cody he fire people base on others workers report. He never went down to the working environment to check it everyone doing ok instead he listens to people reporting.
