Firehouse Subs Glacier Lane - Temporarily Closed

We just ate at this Firehouse. It was absolutely delicious!!! We haven’t been to Firehouse in a long time, and it was better than we remembered. Both my husband and I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch(minus the ranch) and it was awesome! James was working all by himself and the facility was very clean, he greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a great service. He was extremely polite and made our sandwiches perfectly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Firehouse! 👍

Hands down these are the best subs in Plymouth. The mac & cheese / chili is the best tasting from a restaurant I've ever had. The staff is very friendly & the rewards program is wonderful as it's really easy to use & you get rewarded frequently. The only downside is that I wished they gave larger portions of the mac & cheese / chili as it's too delicious & even a large portion is never enough.

Tasty food for a reasonable price! Both the sandwiches and the salads from here taste fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Steamer... it has the perfect combination of salty with a little kick from the mustard!
I also love that eating here helps give back to fire departments.

This is the first time I've ever been to a Firehouse Subs, the employees were patient and courteous and help me through my ordering, I got two small Subs to try it out the hook and ladder which was excellent!! And the brisket barbecue sandwich I think it was called was also wonderful.
I will be returning.

Recently visited there for the very first time. Staff were patient and helpful. Helped me to figure out what I wanted with some helpful suggestions and personal preferences. Definitely superior to most chain sandwich places, (i.e. Subway, Jimmy John's, Potbelly. Would strongly recommend if you're looking for a hot or cold sub style sandwich. Also like how they are big on supporting First Responders. Great food, great service for a great cause.

Edit again: my son and I went into firehouse subs today and used the free sub coupon that we were given because of the mistake earlier. They took extra care to make sure our order was just perfect, they suggested a sandwich for my other son which was absolutely amazing. The sandwiches were so tasty and fresh and the store was clean and tidy. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. We got our hot food right away and we would hands-down recommend this restaurant without reservation. Kudos to Firehouse Subs!

Edit: The store manager, Mike, got back to me right away and apologized, will be sending a coupon for a replacement sandwich, and will talk to the employees to see if there was a process error that could be fixed. Their sandwiches are very good, and based on management’s prompt response I changed my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Firehouse Subs!

My son ordered a plain ham and cheese sandwich specifically without any extra toppings. We had a little bit of a hard time with the order because the girl taking the order was hard of hearing, and the masks make it challenging, but she repeated the order back and joked how easy it was because there were no toppings to put on. We got home and it was a sandwich with everything on it, including oil and Mayo that were impossible to scrape off. I tried to call the store many times and they did not answer.

When your sandwich and salad looks like the pictures on the menu, then you’re in the right spot!

Wanted to say thank you to the 2 guys at the firehouse subs in Plymouth for all that you both do. It was busy, a decent amount of customers waiting but you provided friendly, top-notch service to me and were patient with me when I tried to decide what I was going to get. I have only been here one other time but it has been years. Once a week, I now travel to my corporate office and was happy to get their food again. I remember the subs being really good. In chit-chatting with the associate I just mentioned how busy they were and that I just saw him and 1 other guy on the register. To my surprise he said..."Yup, it's just me and this guy, just us two all the time." I said what?!! There isn't any other employees? I was blown away that these two guys are it. There are no others employees, no other help, ever. And another customer, chimed in when overhearing that and stated how amazing those guys are and thanked them for always being upbeat, positive, and on top of the orders. It was a cool moment. 😎 thanks guys!! If you haven't heard it recently... you are appreciated and the world needs more of what you all are doing.

I loved this location. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious and served in a timely fashion! The store was very clean and lastly bathroom was as well! I will definitely be coming back to this specific location. (Staff member with no front teeth, was by far the nicest person there, he wouldn't accept my tip for the great service and settled with a smile). He was awesome.

We happened to arrive in the store right after a 9 sandwich order had been phoned in. It made our wait time a bit lengthy, and I walked out thinking: this won't have been worth it. I was 100% wrong! I got a veggie sub with all the fixins' and it was utterly delicious. After the first bite I said to my husband that I'd have waited even longer knowing now how excellent the sub tasted.
I'd probably do a phone ahead of myself next time, but will definitely be back!

Firehouse never fails to amaze me, this place is great. Staff are always friendly at all the locations. Anytime we’re looking for a great meal on the road or with family and friends I recommend going to a firehouse subs. I would highly recommend getting the Brisket and cheddar sub, it’s amazingly good. I’ve ran into the owner a few times and he is always nice. I recommend stopping at firehouse subs because of its high standards to impress customers and their food quality. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Please let you staff know they are doing an amazing job. Thanks

I go here at least 3 times a month and the staff is amazing. Rose always says hello by name as soon as I walk in. They are all super friendly and efficient. Unlike the surrounding establishments they truly care about the customer. I’m so impressed by all of the staff here.

I like Firehouse Subs over those ofher places as I just flat out get more meat and toppings. For me this one of the better sub shop chains. If you want more bread than toppings or you like tuff/chewy bread don't come here. There bread is good and the toppings are good as well. I will be back now that I found one kind of close to work.

Have had 2 different sandwiches in the past 2 weeks and they were both delicious! Much better than the other sub shops!

ALMOST always pleasant experience. But there is this one lady with very short blonde hair that is always super rude and has zero customer service skills. She literally will just look at u and wait for u to place your order , no hi, no thank you really makes me not like it there. However I haven’t seen her in a long time and since then and before then it’s always been pleasant. I will say they need to work on the sandwich craft. I often have super soggy bread by the time I get home to eat (I live ten min away) and toppings are falling out or missing in some places. I know they have new hires often so people are learning but they need to be a little better about sandwich craft and making sure bread isn’t soggy. Otherwise it’s still 5 stars for me. Ordered from this location for the office lunch and we couldn't have had a better experience. We had a gluten allergy concern and Dustin (the owner) took the time to speak with me about how to best handle preparing that part of the order and was very receptive to any suggestions on how to make sure there was no cross-contamination. Everyone's sandwich came out perfect and delicious, and pickup was way easy--the staff were all super friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from these guys again!

They were out of bacon and one other thing but sub-ed ham on my Turkey bacon Ranch. We took them to go so they went in the cooler for an hour. Delicious!! Loving the new cherry limeade products. Little tart, little sweet!

Their food is fantastic. They have ruined subs for me from any other shop. And the icing on the cake here is the spice bar they have where you can try different sauces. every time I go in, I get a new selection and some old favorites, so I can mix and match and keep it changing.

Food was great! The service was awesome and up front! They did let us know there would be a longer than usual wait time for our order as they had a big catering order we were wrapping up and I'm super glad they gave us a heads up!

Drove from Winnipeg and couldn't resist stopping here.
