I was satisfied with Jace's performance today when he inspected my roof on behalf of Roof Ninja Services. I appreciated his honest feedback. He told me that the current condition of my roof did not warrant replacing it or pursuing my homeowners insurance company to do so. It's a peace of mind to receive input from an experienced professional.

Jace did a free inspection of my roof and he was very up front with me that it did not need any work. I appreciated his honesty. He even left me with the photos and videos he took of the roof so that i can save them for comparison in the future. My husband and I are so grateful that we had Jace stop by after this last big storm, which caused damage to our home. Our insurance company denied our claim initially which was very upsetting. Jace encouraged us to not give up on contacting our insurance and Jace handled all of the semantics for us. To make a long story shorter, I was pleasantly surprised and more than pleased to receive a loss statement from our insurance. They approved the replacement for our roofing and gutters! Within a month, they were completing the work on our home. Jace was extremely professional, efficient, communicative, friendly with us and all of our neighbors. The crew did a fabulous job overall and I will definitely be using roof ninja in the future.

I had a contractor coming after a storm during Covid. No follow ups. I switched to Roof Ninja, Nate came and was able to get us scheduled for the roof work within weeks. He also pointed out the windows damage the previous contractor missed! The whole process took a span of 2 years due to the pandemic. He stayed on top it to make sure the damaged windows get replaced. Nate cares about his customers. I'd recommend him.

Quinn was awesome to work with. He kept us up to date and was very responsive. The guys that replaced my Moms roof we very good and did a great job cleaning up after. I would highly recommend Roof Ninja.

Listen, I know this sounds scary and big and sounds like it cost a lot, but it's not. In my case, it was hail damage in Monticello. Jason from Roof Ninja was easy to work with, made sure he wouldn't take any money until after the insurance company paid out and he was knowledgable and good at over communicating every step of the way. The best part is that he knew how to work so well between his company and the insurance company that he figured out how to get upgrades in some spots and remove things that wouldn't be needed so as to fully customize to my needs.
Lots of people will pass up this opportunity because they are nervous about what could go wrong. But when you look at my house now, it looks newer than any other house in the neighborhood. It's worth the time to work with Jason from Roof Ninja Services.

I didn’t think my roof was in rough shape until Desiree gave me a free inspection months after a storm had hit. (I mean how often do we get up on our roof?) I’m so glad she did; my roof was made whole again. Desiree saved me so much money on future out-of-pocket roof maintenance or replacement. I had no clue the insurance would, or even should, cover it. She was really helpful, informative, and professional. I’m not very good with administrative type things and slow with following up with things, but she patiently walked me through the claims process and alleviated the stress of having to deal with my insurance. I feel like she really took care of me and answered all my questions. I was impressed by her sincere desire to help. I would highly recommend her and Roof Ninja - but mainly her. She was rock solid.

Quinn was great to work with. He was thorough and discussed all the details of what I really needed and what I didn't. I always felt Quinn was being honest and upfront with me.
