When I called I was a little skeptical at 1st. Because you never know what type of people you're going to get from mobile mechanic. But when I tell you after speaking with Carlos. I asked him when could he do the job he told me today and it was already 530. I was a little nervous because it was almost dark and I needed to get my valve cover done and gaskets. I looked online it said it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to do the job. When I tell you this guy got to my house have my car broke down and put back together in 45 minutes. It looked like a cartoon it did not seem real he is very clean neat he pays attention to detail. And fast If you want to get work done the right way this company is the place to call Thanks once again and especially you Carlos for the good work.

Called for a broken belt repair on a 2012 Ford Fusion that turned into a water pump replacement (water pump was seized up).

Caleb was great with coordination of repairs next day. And Robert was awesome with initial inspection, helping with picking up parts and getting everything finished and working as if new.

I got a quote. It was double what a good mechanic shop charged me. Did not think double the price was worth the convenience of someone coming to me. Went with Pro Tech Automotive instead.

I wasn't very impressed with the level of service I got in response to my quote.

Had two repairs done that seemed to be done great at first, but I have now had to pay a dealership on 2 occasions to fix all the stuff that was "fixed" because parts were installed backwards or incorrectly which caused more damage to the vehicle and brand new parts. I spent a total of $800 or so in labor for a hack job on my car. I contacted the support email on 11/7 to address the first issue with the strut since there is supposedly a warranty. I had to tow it to a dealership and pay someone $200 to take the parts out that were replaced and put them back in the correct way. After another visit to the dealership today I find out that the axle we paid to have installed, the ring was not installed correctly and the part has failed because of it. We paid $900 for that part alone. I want my money back. I don't trust this service to work on my cars. I'm really sad that I trusted someone who seemed reputable to work on my vehicle just for it to get broken more.

Update: I was not given the refund I asked for. Instead I was put in a group chat with the mechanic and the "manager" while he tried to gaslight me into letting him come back and look at the car he messed up twice after I had it towed to a dealership and diagnose and proceeded to tell me that their guy know more than dealerships and brand certified master mechanics. He argued with me and tried to tell me they didn't touch the axle on the vehicle and that it was just the strut when I was physically present for both repairs. Why would anyone want someone who broke their car to work on it again? Whoever the manager is, do not contact me unless you're giving me my money back.
