I had an amazing experience at this pharmacy and would recommend them. They were so helpful and kind when the delivery system failed on my new prescription. They contacted my Dr and patiently waited for them to reply. The store has a wonderful community vibe and they even told me the best place to park!

This is my first time using a pharmacy, and I’ve heard lots of people having tough experiences with pharmacies, but my experience has been stellar here.

I feel like they are always telling me how to get my prescriptions on time and if I have issues with insurance they care and help. They are kind and helpful and understanding to trans folks seeking care.

Healthcare system is really distressing sometimes and to have someone see you’re having difficulty and providing assurance and assistance is amazing

Great local pharmacy! So grateful to have the Seward Pharmacy in our community, especially after my old pharmacy was shut down during the uprising. The owners are great - friendly and welcoming, very involved in the neighborhoods, and accommodating of your health care needs. My partner and I were able to get our COVID vaccines easily through a walk-in appointment, and I’ve shifted my prescriptions here for easy pick-up. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Independently owned Seward Pharmacy is amazing! Elias and his staff are so kind and really excel at customer service. They go above and beyond for all their customers and what really impresses me about this wonderful pharmacy is how open they are to making sure everyone is vaccinated. One can see what a burden time wise it is for them, yet they handle the huge amount of additional work with grace and aplomb.

And then to top it off, the pharmacy was looted, again last Monday. But that didn't stop them for even a day. They persevered and continue to offer the community outstanding service - truly amazing.

I have had wonderful experiences with Seward Pharmacy and their caring staff in receiving both my covid-19 vaccination doses. The pharmacist is culturally aware and offers amazing resources in many languages. My visits were informative, clear, and efficient.

I just moved to the neighborhood and recently switched all my meds over to Seward Pharmacy. They have been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind, and clearly care a lot about their customers.

I’ve come here twice now to receive my vaccine and the pharmacist and team has been always so kind, calm, and careful especially during COVID-19 times and rush for vaccinations. I can tell they really care for the community and want best for all. Thank you Seward Pharmacy team!!!

Mr. Usso is a friendly, professional pharmacist who was immediately ready to welcome me into his convenient space on Lake Street near Hiawatha. Despite an incredibly challenging year for small businesses in this neighborhood, he has shown resilience and continues to be a steward for the community members who live and work here. I cannot recommend Seward Pharmacy enough, I am so happy they are a part of our community.

Elias is the kindest, most caring pharmacist I've ever met. He didn't have my prescription ready on time, but he went above and beyond to get it to me as fast as humanly possible and even delivered it to my front door the same day. The customer service at Seward Pharmacy is unparalleled. I'll be going here exclusively from now on.

Holy cow the owner of this pharmacy is a pure saint. I called a few months ago, angry as heck, because of an issue with my son’s drugs. (The issue was with another pharmacy and I was nice to the owner, just mad in general.) He was so calm over the phone, was willing to hear my rant and took care of my problem. By the end of the convo I couldn’t thank him enough and was also crediting him for bringing my anxiety back to zero. We have since dealt with this pharmacy for other drugs and every single time he has been so sweet and pleasant and just human. The total of our last drug came to a measly $2.50 and since I didn’t have cash (was going to pay with a credit card) he just said “no it’s only $2.50 let’s get it the next time you’re in.” Like who does that? This pharmacy has the human component you look for in every business. Support this black owned business. You will not regret it.
