Very friendly staff from the minute we walked in the door! Claudia was welcoming and made us feel comfortable in the examination room. Dr Alyssa answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. Discussed pets full health history and what to expect in the future with an aging feline. Suggested food that would be good for pet's diet and optimize health. Appreciate the great service France Avenue Pet Hospital provided, keep up the good work!

My dog was shaking and clearly in pain, and my original vet couldn’t get him in. France Ave Pet Hospital made time for him, and everyone was so warm and caring. They gave us a few options on how to handle a torn ACL. A few weeks later, my dog was bitten, and they not only got him in right away, gave him stitches, and meds, but they also checked up on us, and even let me text pictures to make sure he was healing alright! They provided amazing service and a very comforting experience all around.

We called about our aging lab that we thought got into something “again”. He is famous for eating stuffed toys and towels that required surgery to remove twice already. They got us in right away since he had been vomiting. Dr. Travis and his staff were so compassionate with our situation. Dr Travis quickly diagnosed the issue with an X-ray and exam. With effective medication our dog was able to vomit up the large stuffed toy that was close to moving into his intestines (avoiding a 3rd surgery!) We were so impressed with the all the staff that truly showed they care. I was also impressed with Dr Travis explaining what was happening every step of the way, quoted us pricing before care delivered allowing us to make informed decisions. We strongly recommend them!

Where to even start…. Dr. Travis was beyond amazing in the way that he treated my sick kitty. My cat was nervous and Dr. Travis met him right where he was (curled up in the corner under a chair) to take his vitals and made him feel so much more comfortable. He took the time to address all of my concerns and was overall amazing to work with. Thank you so much France Ave Pet Hospital. You will be my new primary care!!

So happy that I found this clinic. It's the best vet we have ever experienced! We have a pack, usually 3-4 dogs. We adopt dogs with special needs.
We were treated as though we had gone there forever, even though we were new to the clinic.
Dr. LaSart was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us information that woukd have been helpful yrs. ago!
I couldn't be more satisfied with the care. She called the next day to check in and we received calls wach day after.

The staff and Dr Travis were awesome. Dr Travis took the time to actually listen to my concerns and discuss solutions and pricing. I haven’t found a vet that good since I moved back to Minnesota and I’ve been to 4 veterinary clinics before this. He has earned all of my future business.

Dr. Alyssa Lasart was so great helping us through a very tough time. We had to unexpectedly let our 5 year old lab go. Alyssa and her staff were so caring and kind. Alyssa made the tragic experience as comforting and pleasant as it could have been. We were really happy with the goodbye we got with our sweet girl.

Update (3 years later). Still a five star rating. We recently had to make the tough choice to put our very loved dog to sleep due to kidney failure. Anyone who has ever been through that with a pet knows how heart wrenching that experience is. The staff, including the tech, the vet, and even the front desk person, were so incredible. Their professional knowledge, empathy and genuinely kind words helped provide us comfort during a really awful time. Wonderful place.

Simply put, Dr. Jessica and her team are absolutely incredible. They know our dogs by name and always make them feel comfortable when we come to the office.
We have called with questions many times and they are always willing to answer them for us, and are flexible with us coming in the same day if we need to.
They are upfront with pricing and it is very reasonable for the care that your pets get.
I don’t trust just anyone or any vet clinic with my dogs, but I confidently can say that my fur babies are always in great hands at France Avenue Pet Hospital.
