Absolutely love VCA Bloomington! The entire team (Doctors, technicians, grooming services to front desk staff) is professional, friendly , knowledgeable and empathetic. The examination and diagnosis are thorough, explanation of options available, follow up care, and upfront pricing are provided. My dog walks through the doors and acts as if she is attending a social event. Highly recommend bringing your pet here!

Everyone here is amazing! We bring both our cats here and it's always a great experience. They were able to help us start getting some answers with our older cat's allergies. Our younger orange braincell is always a hit when we bring him in, and their candles smell great as well! I’ve been going to this clinic for years and years. They are kind and compassionate folks - each and every one, and they work on making the experience as stress free as possible for their customers, 2 and 4 legged. Dr Geske is a joy to work with, she is a team player and she doesn’t give up easily. I had a difficult dog for 16 years and Dr Geske stood by me as we worked together on problem after problem. When we ultimately put him down, the 4 other staff who had worked with him over those 16 years came in to give me support during the procedure. Not your everyday experience, and very moving to me. They offered strong support to me as I worked with him over 16 years, and they were extraordinarily kind in his passing. A very fine clinic. Highly recommended.

I love VCA Bloomington! I have only had positive experiences! The doctors, techs, and receptionists are all friendly. I trust my pets to Dr. Geske, Dr. Gustafson, and Dr. Liu. Recently, Dr. Geske was able to see my dog right away and diagnosed him with glaucoma. The staff really loves animals!

Love VCA, they really seem to be passionate about taking care of pets. I always feel like my dog is in good hands with them. They have excellent follow up and always call the day after an appointment to check on us. They have also gotten us in at a moment's notice for an emergency with no hesitation or gripe. We have had a great experience at VCA. We have belonged to the VCA Care Club for several years, and it makes your pets care very affordable. The staff and vets are very thorough, caring and compassionate. My dog is going blind and very anxious. They have been very sensitive to her special needs and have provided quality health care. They take time to explain anything you do not understand, and put your pet and their health first.

I have been taking my cat King here all his life. The technicians and Veterinarians are very good and patient with him. VCA truly cares about your pets well being. They have a great program for senior pets where you pay monthly and shots, office visits, etc are all included in the monthly price.

I have taken my pets to vca Bloomington for years. I always appreciate their tender touch, diagnosis with understandable definition and treatment options. Three pets have been put to sleep at Bloomington vca the compassion and care given made my loss a little bit easier. Dr Geske is fabulous.

I have been going here for at least 20 years. They have ALWAYS scheduled me and my pets in the same day I call usually within a half hour or so when I needed to for urgent care. I tried another vet years ago and I can tell you not all places will do that or they just refer you to the emergency clinics out of town. I have never felt pressured or over treated and they have always told me range of options and provided their best opinion on what treatment they would suggest usually this is the least expensive option. As with any business you occasionally run into someone you just don't connect or agree with and during the 20+ years I have been going there I can say that happened one time and they were not there the next time I went. They truly care about you and your family of pets.

I take my dog here, he is always looked after caring staff and flexible scheduling within reason. Will do what they can to make sure your animal is happy and healthy never experienced a bad vibe despite the 10 odd times we've visited in 2 years.

I've been taking my cats here for years. They're always gentle with them. My 'little girl ' had kidney disease and her kidneys finally gave out and she had to be put to sleep this week. Everyone in the office was so kind and did whatever they could to make it easier. The vet was very gentle with her and respectful. They all helped make a terrible day more bearable.

Love the staff here. Dr. Geske was so compassionate and thorough when my dog Rhiannon had acute liver failure. She really left no stone unturned while she tried to figure out what was wrong with my dog. When Rhia took at turn for the worse and needed to go to the ER at Blue Pearl, the staff promptly coordinated with them. The transfer of care and quality of communication from VCA, to Blue Pearl, and back again to VCA was seamless. Once Rhia was stable, I was able to medically board Rhiannon with VCA during the workday in case she crashed again. I didn't worry so much at work because I knew she was in safe hands here. They also did frequent blood tests to make sure her liver was healing, and gave her lots of love too. I'm absolutely positive that Dr. Geske and the staff here helped save my dog's life. Thank you!

Veterinarians offices are businesses and cannot treat every animal for free. Given that fact, Dr. Abelleiria was patient, communicative, understanding of my situation and did not push any extra procedures or medications on me. Shes a great vet. I am homeless, they treated my dog very well,, payed all the money i had for wound cleaning, staples, and antibiotics. I highly suggest anybody who lives in the area or is passing through to visit this office without worry if God forbid anything happens to your pet/family member.
