Dr. Hana and Nicki (vet tech) took wonderful care of both me and my sick guinea pig. They were gentle, kind, and very informative. My guinea pig has worrying symptoms and Dr. Hana did a great job of helping me not to panic, while at the same time being transparent about ruleouts and next steps.

Nicki was amazing with my guinea pig. It was clear that she genuinely cared for him and wanted to make his visit as stress-free as possible.

The front desk staff were kind and very organized. Overall I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate care for a beloved pet.

They are promot, kind, and take care of my puppers with the utmost care. They provide me with upfront pricing estimates and keep me in the loop with what's going on with my buddy. Their facilities are clean and sanitary. Highly recommend.

Very caring staff. They squeezed my senior dog in for a last minute visit last year towards the end of her life and were very compassionate. They do not pressure you for extra services; they offer to show an estimate before asking you to agree to services. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had a cat emergency on a Saturday and my daughter remembered driving by here. The tech we talked to on the phone was super friendly and reassuring, and the tech and vet who worked with our "spicy" kitty were AMAZING. They spent extra time coaxing our cat out of the carrier and gave him explore time and settle down time in-between doing the steps of the exam. They explained his medication to us thoroughly, and when we had a question later, it was easy to call and get a quick answer. Highly recommended!

Great place to bring your pet! It was our first visit for our puppy. We had a appt at 2 and was brought back right away. The technician was friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions as first time puppy owners. The Vet was great as well! She answered all of our questions and gave great advice. Our puppy got 2 shots didn't even whimper. We love it here1 Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. My cat is typically terrified of vet visits, but the team at South Hyland took many steps to make our visit as smooth as possible. I’m happy to have found a clinic I can confidently bring her to for care.

They have been so good to us and our puppy. I’ve been told by neighbors they are more expensive than other vets but I don’t have much to compare them to. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful vet services. They are incredibly kind to my 3 dogs and always take the time to give options and explain the pros and cons. They stay on top of new treatments that become available to update if needed. They are also very open about their pricing, so there are no surprises. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly, including going above and beyond by offering to carry Lucy to my car, as I am using a cane at this time. I much appreciated Lucy's good care, and she was feeling better following her UTI treatment almost immediately! As we like to say: "Everybody Loves Lucy!"

We've been with South Hyland Pet Hospital for over 40 years. The vets are always very nice and helpful and find ways to help our dog without costing a lot of money. The vet techs are always friendly and give much love and attention to our dogs. Always satisfied with the services.

All of the employees were and are very warm and friendly. Shadow was treated with a lot of kindness and respect. I so appreciated the call I got at the end of the week to make sure my cat was better. I can't say enough nice things about Hyland Pet Hospital. No complaints on my end.

For 14 years South Hyland was the vet for my previous Wheaten Terrier. He was always cared for very well. All my questions were always listened to and answered. And I received additional suggestions based on my questions for things I hadn't even thought of yet. That shows real understanding and caring.
