Scam scam scam never ever use them to sell or buy and house bunch of unprofessional, and uneducated scammers will list your house for less than what the appraiser would give you then give you false estimate on your proceeds.
Be ready for the wait game your house will be on the market the longest.
My house was the most updated house in the neighborhood and we sold it for the cheapest price after it sat on the market for few months.
