Zenith Bookstore

Cozy bookstore with a wonderful new and used books selection. I discovered Zenith Bookstore after eating breakfast nearby. It was definitely worth taking the time to stop in and browse. Staff was friendly, and the store was organized very nicely. I loved the other little items for purchase, such as magnets, stickers, and book bags. I can't wait to return when I am in the area again.

10/10 will visit every time I'm in Duluth and recommend to everyone. I seriously cannot believe I didn't know about this place for the last 7 years. They ship!! They have used books shelved in section right alongside the new! I found a stack of gems I'm so happy with. The LGBTQIA+ section and vibes were top notch. The puzzle selection was astounding and the selection of new books were great too. Seriously good buyers here and a must-visit for any book lover.

Parking: street parking, we parked in the 1-2 hours only and were fine.

Accessibility: No stairs leading into the store, so it is wheelchair accessible. Some of the aisles were a little narrow but overall it was a very navigatable store.

What a great bookstore! Organized, good selection of new and used books. Fun vibe and atmosphere. Will be making this a regular stop on our trips through Duluth!

Just about everything you'd want out of a quaint cozy local book store. (But there is a coffee shop not far away :) ). Nice personal touches all over like some hand written notes from the staff highlighting certain books or authors for example. It's not a very large store, but they make good use of their space. So nice to have this option as part of the community.

My favorite indie bookstore! I go there every week after knitting club to check out the used book selection. I love their selections coming in - organized in cute categories; it's so fun to see what the staff have selected. The iconic murals on the outside give me so much happiness when I see them. Very pleasant surprise. Don’t judge a bookstore by its cover. The entrance makes it look small. It isn’t. It is well stocked with a wide variety of current and long time. Good reads. Maybe we overbought. There are worse addictions. We’ll be back.

I purchased an interesting book about physics for myself and a mystery story creating game for my girlfriend. Had a nice chat with the owner and the clerk and really enjoyed myself there. This was my first time visiting Zenith bookstore in Duluth Minnesota however it won't be my last. Lots of books to choose from and everything is so neatly arranged and clean.

Quaint and welcoming ... coffee, cookies and chairs ... authors - local, well known, unknown and favorites ... books - classics, new and hard to find. The owners are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything that a bookstore should be.

I'm Australian and send books to my US friends through Zenith Bookstore - Pity they can't be cloned and brought here to staff some of ours. Wonderful, helpful folk.

We ended up visiting this store twice in one day! What a lovely shop! We are visiting from out of town and looked up books store in the area. Our search led us to Zenith Bookstore, and we love it. It has so much charm! I ended up finding two books by one of my new favorite authors, and they have a well-curated and thoughtful collection. I love the staff picks and reviews scattered throughout the store. They have an inclusive and diverse selection. After we told my family about it, we came back later that day so they could check it out. The people working were super friendly and welcoming, and they remembered us when we returned. For bibliophiles, it is the best place in town for you!

What a quaint, nostalgic feeling bookstore. Equipped with a doggie bed. All the feels and smells of a bookstore. And of course books! Even saw a signed Neil Patrick Harris book! We felt welcomed and comfortable. Could have stayed in there for hours. Thank you for accepting my Molly (dog).

Planned a trip to Duluth thinking we’d hangout on the beach the whole time, but the weather had other plans. Thankfully we discovered Zenith! I brought my teen sons and we all had a great time perusing the eclectic selection. I LOVE that new and used books are shelved together. Staff was kind and helpful. The whole place is fantastic- we will definitely build it in to future trips up north!
