Super One Foods

I was in search of CR 2016 batteries for my car keys. The staff member who was an older gentleman I asked for help, promptly and professionally directed me to the correct area. Small or not, this kind of behavior is what help keep business. I look forward in doing more busy here in this location due to my experience I had with this individual. August 29th, 2023

Good selection and friendly staff. Bakery section is excellent, everything is made fresh. Prices are actually very good, considering the inflation. Things on sale are priced very good, many times better than Walmart. But if you are picky and want the same brand/item every time, you will pay more when not on sale.

Visiting from Florida where I've been a store manager for a grocery chain many years. This store was clean, merchandized correctly and seemed to have some very attentive associates. Very nice.

Love this store. Good selection at decent prices. Good grocery store deli and bakery. Been shopping here for 30 years and the employees are friendly and helpful. Sadly, I can’t do all my shopping here because of a lack of selection of organic items at decent prices. I would love to see more grass fed or local meat and organic pantry items.

I've been shopping here for years; the store is always clean and has a nice selection. Produce section is always in good shape. I have requested they consider carrying items and they respond to the requests quickly and I'm pleased to not have to venture to another store to get some of my favorite products. The bakery is very good (try the blueberry cream cheese pocket donuts if you haven't) and the employees are almost always pleasant and helpful. Their self checkout is very user friendly, though I don't recommend doing it if you have a very full cart. Also, bathrooms are right at the front and always clean.

Everyone there is helpful and always seem to be in a good mood. They have a fantastic deli and a great bakery. And I'm surprised by the non-food items I find, from batteries to contact care. And the prices!
I have no idea what I'd do without them and I don't want to find out.

I had lots of questions today. The customer service I received was excellent. Each clerk stopped what they were doing to show me the right place. I was treated with respect....the first and the second time I needed help with the same thing. I received friendly smiles. I left feeling like a valued customer.

Great service. The signs were very helpful. There was even a sign saying "ask about the alligator" by all of the seafood. So that was.... Interesting to say the least. But other than that they said "have a nice day" on my way out. I have also included a picture of my water being buckled into my car lol.

Everything is well laid out, clean, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The prices are acceptable, but could always be better. They usually have great deals and their coupon books that they sent out, but usually normal priced items are a bit up there. Great place to shop though!

Love that I don't have to check myself out here... Customer service is still available here. I'm not a fan of the self checkouts that they have recently put in but if less people use them maybe they will have to go back to having more cashiers instead? Worth trying. Hire people not computers!

Very nice and clean grocery store. It has a detached liquor store. It is a full sized grocery store having over 45 thousand separate Items. They have a weekly newspaper ad insert with usually good food sale items. A very good parking lot with easy access from several different thoroughfares. Pleasant and informative staff. Has an organic food section, a full delicatesan section and a bakery on site.

This one the best one out of all the Super ones in Duluth I love this one the Best! I Love Shopping here the people at this one are so much nicer and more helpful.they don't walk way or ignore you and if they see you having trouble they are there to help they will even take your groceries out to your car for you and pack your car. That's how friendly are.

Super one always have friendly employees and the re there for you when you need there help. And they give you the Best serviçe when the customers are really to check out and the always have a smile on their face al though our can't see why they wear the mask.

Super One Foods has something that the grocery stores do not carry in southwest Minnesota where my husband and I have moved to. As a native Duluthian, I am used to enjoying my potato sausage just like my Swedish Grandma always made. So my husband and I drove the almost 5 hours from Granite Falls Minnesota all the way to Super One Foods in Duluth where we KNEW we could buy it. (We brought a cooler along so we could buy several to bring back home.) The stores down south only sell it seasonally. I'm so happy that the one here understands that some of us actually like it year round. 😄
Otherwise, it has absolutely everything you could need.

I shop at the Super 1in West Duluth. My experiences are good ones. I like there coupon books, the meat dept. has a large variety to offer customers. Ive been a customer for 34 years...

Wonderful place, nothing to complain about. Pricing for food here is awesome! I wish I could work here, but the person in charge for hiring never usually calls back people who make applications. (at least I never got a call) :(
