Baldy's BBQ

We stopped in after a quick search for BBQ and this joint was en route. Not that busy but it should be. Our server was so awesome and would've made the great no matter how the food was. I can't stress how nice she was. The wings were fantastic! Perfectly cooked, tender and juicy on the outside, a little but of a bite exterior and not overly sauced. The ribs and brisket were both very good, nice smoke flavor. The whole experience was to notch.

Came here while OTR with my dad. Being from Louisiana, we love some good, flavorful food. This establishment did not disappoint! The best pulled pork sandwich I've had in a long time. The wait time was great as well as the service. So good we had to get seconds for the road. (p.s. I don't normally drop reviews, this is definitely an exceptional place)

Driving from picking up a load, this truck stop caught our eyes! So we merged into the turning lane to pull in. There are a couple of places to eat but we wanted BBQ! Did not disappoint! A local recommended the Brisket Reuben so we ordered that and some wings!! Delicious! I can bet this is the best BBQ joint in Lakeville Minnesota.

Gotta really wonderful dinner last night. Side's was amazing every one of it. That cheesy corn is my favorite. Meat was awesome, smokey and very tender. Great customer service. Can't wait to go back.

Walked in while on holiday, one of the best meals I've had in minnesota! The chips (fries I suppose as its in the usa) were delicious and the brisket sandwich was brilliant, and a great smokey and spicy bbq sauce, my wife had the pulled pork and has wanted to go back before we go! So you'll see us again before we fly home!

Great service and excellent food. I was reading reviews before I went in and seen a couple bad reviews about the ribs and started not to order them but did anyways with some brisket and I must say they were extremely good. Everything was very good! I will be back and will tell others about this place 👍

This the place for ,if you want some good pork and fries. Which is the only thing I really get. Loaded French fry ,but called a Loaded tater tot. Comes with your choice of meat, bacon bits, fries or tots, onions, sour cream, cheese and pull over cheese. I love there barbecue sauce too. Just check it out u See

Good food and great service. Everything we ate was tasty! Cornbread was sweet with cinnamon, Baked beans had a tex mex flavor, these were unexpected flavors for bbq, but delicious

I spent a night at the hotel next door and Baldy's BBQ is where I had my lunch, they have a nice sports bar area and a family dining area, the wings that I had were tasty and the service was great, they also have a patio area. If you're in the area I would recommend them for sure.

First time here and the food and service was awesome! Everything we ordered was delicious. We got the sweet potato nuggets as an app, and split the combo plate of ribs and brisket with the shrimp add on. Best bbq we've had in ages! The sides were all equally tasty and we would get everything again. (cheesy corn bake, mashed potatoes, corn bread and baked beans) So happy to have found our new favorite bbq place!

When I walked in and got a good wiff of the Smokey BBQ I KNEW I HAD MADE A GOOD CHOICE!! I got the Brisket Ruben with cheesy corn bake on the side and it was delicious! I also ordered the hot wings and potato salad but haven’t tried them yet, too full from the sandwich.

Now a month later, Brisket Ruben even better than the first time!!

I’m a trucker and this place is perfect and has plenty of parking. I’ve being to Baldys multiple times and the food is always great. The bbq ribs and smoke chicken are my favorite. They also have a lot of different bbq sauces to choose from. The beans and the cheese corn are divine. The lady that’s takes the order is very nice and helpful.

The food here is very good. I first visited their food truck at Canterbury last summer and decided to go to Lakeville to eat at the restaurant. The service was good and food was served quickly.

The food is excellent. I usually get The Beast (brisket sandwich pilled high with beef, bacon, slaw, and fried onions) and a side of baked beans.
Careful, those beans have a kick.
Probably the best BBQ in Minnesota AND Missouri.

Very good food customer service was great. And it's clean. Will be sure to stop here every time I got a delivery in near by.

I eat here at least once every time I'm in town. Quality is consistent, staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for good BBQ

Picked up a large order today for a birthday party. Overall everyone was impressed with the food. The beans had onions, peppers and other things to make them stand out from the generic style. Also the ribs were fantastic, lean and tender.

GREAT FOOD. AMAZING FOOD. FANTASTIC FOOD. I'm not from Minnesota but this place definitely make me want to move here. The service and the staff was very amazing. And as a truck driver I was happy that there's a huge parking lot out back.
Definitely will come to this place again whenever I'm near.
