Taqueria Los Compadres

This place was awesome! Great atmosphere, clean, and friendly service. The food was very authentic and absolutely delicious! The only thing missing are margaritas, but that won't stop us from making this our go-to place for great Mexican food. I highly recommend.

My first time here and yes it's good I'm from Houston and I'm always looking for home made food and yes it's good I had the Quesadillas of fajitas here they say asada but in the south we say it different and yes it's good Houston Texas approved to all my Houstonians ..

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place after it was recommended to us by a friend. This place did not disappoint---BEST mexican food we have ever had (which is saying a lot because it's our favorite)! Everything was more delicious than we could have hoped for---we can't wait to come back.

Decided to take a chance on it. Got to the restaurant around 1140AM so I beat the lunch rush. The staff was polite and friendly. They took my order and had my side dish of guacamole and chips ready within a minute or two. The order tacos and horchata quickly followed. All in all it took about 3-4 minutes to receive my food (granted it was fairly empty at that point).

The tacos were delicious. The meats were hot off the grill, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the tacos themselves were fresh and flexible. The food all had a fresh and perky feel to it. It did not feel greasy, or stale, or oversalted.

The horchata was delicious.

The price for the food was about average and they took credit cards.

Excellent work to the team here. Will definitely return to try the quesadillas at some point.

Patillo de Birria! Our first trip here! Seriously great tacos! We tried a little too much, but it was all great! Super fortunate to live close by, we'll be eating here all the time! The owners were very nice, and the food came out quickly, the only downside at the moment is they are cash only, so be prepared although there are is an ATM a holiday near by.

Wow! Who would have thought that you could find more southern mid country Mexican dishes in Minnesota. The menu is amazing.

Fresh corn tortillas, sopes, good sauces for once. Nothing toned down for Midwestern pallets. Seasoning is perfect and light. It is on par with my favorite food truck in North Las Vegas.

Service was fast enough for the quality you get. I'd be happy to wait longer.

Do yourself a favor and order from the left side of the menu and try something new. This is the place to expand your pallet and get past the burrito, quesadilla culture.

Not so much of a hidden gem anymore, this place is always busy for lunch! The food is authentic and inexpensive. 10/10

It’s a small taqueria restaurant not a fancy all looks dine inn Mexican restaurant. But the food is best to authentic you will get. You order at counter. And they bring you the food. But the quesadilla or hurarache is super delicious. Made with a large home made corn tortilla. Their menudo is delicious too. Everything so far is delicious.

This might be my new favorite authentic Mexican restaurant. Had the pork skin, pork stomach and lengua tacos and all were amazing. Great selection of authentic Mexican food

Friendly staff who pay attention to what I asked for and didn't make any mistakes.
I've eaten here several times while working in the area.
Parking lot is small and you may need to park down a ways.
Open @ 10:am so good for me when I need to take my lunch break early.
Much better food than nearby choices. They offer beef, chicken, vegetarian meals.

I’ve being to los compadres a few times and they have not disappoint me. The street tacos are authentic tacos, cilantro and onions. The birria is delicious as well. The young guy that takes the order is very polite as well.

This place is awesome. Would definitely recommend. I got the Medium green sauce and it was a bit much for me lol

Their food was deliciously on point! No lie the tacos al pastor were the bomb!💣 My husband ordered the queso birra and it was just as good. Even my picky kiddos enjoyed their last bite of their burritos. I ordered 3 more tacos and I'm not sure if it was my mistake 🤦‍♀ (most likely) that I didn't get my tacos al pastor well done (best way to get them, try it if you haven't) I was super embarrassed to ask If they could remake them I built up the courage and they were more then willing to fix them for me. Needless to say I left there happy and full! Will definitely be back I'm the near future 😊

This was our first night eating out since moving to Lakeville. We are big fans of authentic Mexican cuisine and were looking for the best tacos around... Boy did we find them! Excellent pricing, delicious food and great service. You won't be disappointed!
