I've used this company twice and each time, they've been wonderful! Lana (hopefully that is how you spell her name) is the person who picks up the phone and is very kind and friendly! Their technicians know what they're doing and after the first visit, you aren't required to stay home to show them where the septic tanks are. Their database is intelligent and notes where the tanks are, so they don't have to ask the same questions each time. I've also had them fill out some paperwork for me (for city regulations) and they've been super helpful and compliant! I trust this company fully.

These guys are incredible. Got me in same day when my lift pump failed and my septic was overfull. The guy was prompt and courteous and was happy to show me the process. They were extremely thorough and backflushed to ensure as much of the solids were removed as possible. As much as I hate badmouthing people, the last time Pinky's came out they didn't pull much of the solids and they ended up in the second tank and burned out the pump. After seeing how these guys operate I'll never use anybody else. And the price was less than I was quoted on the phone! You've gained a lifetime lake Elmo resident. You guys rock!

Lana Meyer quickly responded to our Septic tank emergency indicated by a blasting alarm. Even though we had never service our Septic tank through her, she was able to identify who installed the septic system and help identify the cause. I highly recommend Meyer's Sewer Service.

What awesome people!

The main lady on phone promised she would come out twice, been 2-3 months. This year is my year to empty the tanks and both times were failed promises, their integrity is questionable. Not many options for septic around here so I hate to go somewhere else but I can’t depend on them. Every time I called there was a new excuse.
