Doolittles Woodfire Grill

We dined with a group of six on a Saturday night. It was packed. Our table was ready at our reservation time. Service was only a tad bit slow considering how many guests were seated. Our server did a great job. We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was good. I had the salmon with bacon jam and fingerling potatoes. Delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It was somewhat loud environment but still a good experience.

We love coming here! The food is consistently great and so is the service. The wild rice soup and the grilled pear & raspberries salad are my favorite. Marcus was our server tonight. Talk about high class service! We will certainly be back.

Two weeks before the holidays my extended family, a party of eight, celebrated a birthday here at noon on a Saturday. Our server Geno was fantastic, friendly, professional and patient. The menu offered a great selection even for the vegetarian/pescatarians in our party everyone thought it was delicious!

What’s a better site than walking into a restaurant and being greeted with a huge rack of rotary rotisserie chicken getting cooked to perfection! What’s even better you get the option to try out both the pork ribs topped with a quarter chicken. I really enjoyed the chicken because of how tender it is and you can taste all the delicious herbs.

Our friends who live in Richfield took us here. What a great pick. We did go mid day(3pm) so a few minutes to get seated. Our server, Parker, was very attentive. We had, prime rib au jus w chicken wild rice soup, Ruben w soup and I the Flying tiger chicken stir fry, 😋. So many good items on menu. Hope we go here next time in area. Great food, service and prices.

We enjoyed our visit yesterday 😊 one of the best experiences we ever had in a restaurant. Jesse our server made our dining experience a joy. Food was excellent! They have a variety of drinks too. Best wings you can eat there 😊👌

Wonderful atmosphere and great service. The star here is meat cooked over a woodfire on a spit. The smoke taste is amazing! This place also has my favorite hamburger around. It is more expensive than a chili's but the really make you feel it is worth it. If I want a nice place to celebrate an special occasion this is my go to place.

We are up visiting from Texas for my FIL 85th birthday 🥳 (last night) and we had tonight to ourselves so we thought we would try some place new and we are sooo glad that we did!!!

OMG!!! We were told to stop by and definitely taste the chicken wildrice soup. So happy we listened 10/10 the Coleslaw (eyerollingly good) our waitress was the absolute best Vanessa she recommended so many items on that menu, how couldn't we try the way she described you had to order.... and we did, lol .
Will definitely be back next visit!!!

Walked in around 5pm on Sunday and was seated quickly. I had the Rotisserie Chicken Breast sandwich with fries and ranch. Everything tasted great and the fries were crispy. My parents both got the Bacon & Smoked Cheddar burger. My mom got hers on a gluten free bun. Both thought it was great. Reasonably priced for the quality. Server was friendly.

Awesome local spot! Food was fantastic, drinks were fast and good. Service was excellent; he has worked there for 25+ years (which says a lot about the company). Must try!

Solid American food with a nice themed atmosphere. Server was very friendly and checked in on our table often. The roasting chicken by the front door give off a tasty aroma the moment you walk in.

Not to be missed! All the food was fantastic, the service was good (unfortunately I cannot recall our servers name, but he reminded me strongly if Sean Hayes), and the atmosphere warm. We tried half the menu, I think. Recommend the artichoke dip, lamb, salmon, and cheesecake.

We came in without a reservation and a staff member quickly pointed us to open bar seats (we couldn't see them at first). We dined at the bar and everything was fabulous. It was happy hour and I was thrilled to learn all wine by the glass was $2 off. (I hate where only the crummy house wine is on special!) Our food was great, my ravioli exceptional. Get the walleye fingers!!! Excellent bartender as well. Cozy atmosphere. We'll be back.

Nice patio but a bit noisy. Tables were very close together. I could talk to the neighboring table without turning my head. But those were the only real negatives. Food was really good. Wings were smoky, lightly crispy, and just spicy enough. Calamari was crunchy and light with a nice paprika aioli. Fish fingers were nicely battered. Fish tacos were the star of the night. Deep crunch on the fish and flavorful batter. The slaw had a nice bite and punch. The salsa verde had some real depth with layers of heat and smoke, pepper and bright cilantro. Together it was just a wonderful dinner. Service was attentive and friendly.

The only place I know of where to get fire roasted whole-wing Buffalo wings with an in-house glaze sauce! Love the lit trees on the patio seen through the windows after dark (since we can't use the winter patio). The menu is on the higher end and I miss a few of the items after the update, like the sirloin tips on the crisp onion bed. Always was one of my hangouts in the TC during a Reserve drill weekend. They support our Veterans with a free dinner on Veteran's Day so thank you!

Great Chicken Wings.... after like 9pm, they have 50% off Martini, but the server was a bit adamant about the time we spent over $300 and at 8:58 pm server was like you need to wait till 9pm. I just think they start at 8 pm as I know liquor markup and profit are crazy! So make money and treat the customer with a good deal!

I love their wood fire chicken! I've gotten so many dishes here and never have been disappointed. During my last visit I got Flying Tiger Chicken & Peapods and a cup of their butternut squash soup. Everything tasted great and our server Andi is the best! My only complaint is that they no longer serve the rosemary bread on the side, but the plain white bread is good too.

Came in for a quick bite to eat today & were pleased with our visit. I had brought my friend here after visiting the Plymouth location. Ample parking and saw an awesome smoker on the left side in the entry hallway upon walking in. Parker was our server & was chill & relaxed. Ordered the fish tacos, a burger dish and 2 bowls of chicken & wild rice. Cool vibe and ambiance; and a very inviting atmosphere. We live pretty far from Eagan, but at least the Plymouth location is only 25 min away. 5 stars!

Good atmosphere. Service and food were great. I'd definitely recommend them
