We have stayed here more than once. The front desk has always treated us well. Easy to find, easy to park. The kitchenette gives us the option to cook if we want. We have always found it to be quiet and peaceful when we have been here.

Rooms have everything you could need for a longer stay! We were just there for the night. Dog friendly, clean rooms, and quiet!

Highly impressed with this affordable extended stay, located just one block from shopping. This pet friendly location truly has a small apartment complex. As an attractive young woman I feel SAFE and secure in the building, it's smoke free, and QUIET. The hallways are well let and easy to travel through. The building does have an elevator for wheelchair users and the hallways are wide enough to be comfortable enough to wheel down and have people walk next to you as well. They also have handicap accessible rooms available as well. The rooms come complete with dishes perfect for two people with pots and pans located at the front desk upon request. The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE with plenty of pillows. The one bedroom suites also have a pull out couch and faux leather reclining chairs as well for additional guests, the living room area has a sizeable flat screen tv and dresser with plenty of room for any guest sleeping on couch to store belongings in an elegant way. Each suite also has its own temperature control units, however if you close the door to the bedroom it does get warm but this is easily manageable by leaving the door open. As far as amenities go I was impressed by the large pet exercise area it is well maintained and shady and features complementary doggy waste bags and a picnic table to sit at. The free laundry room is a very nice perk although humid and hot when numerous machines are working. The free gym has new equipment and plenty of machines. The free coffee bar was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.

I stayed here twice now for several month long stints as a traveling healthcare professional. I can tell you this place has some wonderful staff! Great team of people.. Marco, the manager, has always been kind and attentive.. Thank you to ALL the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance. Kelli and Melissa are the nicest people you'll meet! Some great new staff as well.. all very cool people. They are working hard to update all the rooms.. aside from small things (which are normal for long stay wear and tear) I have no complaints about appliances -A/C and heat ALWAYS worked great even through harsh weather. Never had a single water, power or wifi issue - all worked great. Sort of impressive in those regards for a building that gets a lot of use! It's a popular location - everything you need is close by and the highway is not even that loud since hotel is tucked back slightly. Great stay overall!

I loved my stay at the Candlewood suites. It's very convenient to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They provided shampoo/conditioner etc from JR Watkins which was great! It was so nice to have a fridge and stove. My check-in experience was so great! The staff was super friendly and fun. The bed was SUPER comfy. And there was even a lazy boy in the room which was great to kick back in at the end of my long drive.

What a nice place to stay. The staff made us feel right at home. I'm huge fan of their free laundry. My room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here agian at all.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights for our anniversary. I had flowers sent to the hotel so I asked if they could be delivered to the room. Not only did they put them in the room but they also decorated the room and gave us a few snacks and water. Not only were the check in staff super nice and accommodating but any time I went by someone they'd greet me and always had a smile which is not easy in the hospitality business. The rooms were super clean and I love IHGs new bulk amenities in the shower, my hair has never felt better. The room was quiet and comfortable. I usually have back issues with beds but I was able to sleep through the nights without readjusting. I've never tried a candlewood yet since as a brand standard they don't have a pool or breakfast but this was the cheapest place in town points wise and I am pleasantly surprised. Since they have kitchenettes in the rooms we made our meals and saved by not eating out for every meal. The free laundry was also extremely helpful since we were there for a wile. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Super love this hotel. The front staff is excellent and super helpful. There is a free laundry and gym facility. Snacks, drinks, and supplies. You cam even borrow additional kitchen supplies like blenders, processors, and lots of other items. The room is large, clean, and pretty. Theres even a dishwasher in the room! Love love love this hotel. Great rewards program too.

I’m having a great experience staying here. It’s reasonably priced and it’s in a great location. It’s close to all the things and it’s safe enough to walk down the street.

The front desk staff are very friendly and hospitable. The laundry is completely free and they have snacks and drinks for purchase down stairs. The room smells great and is very clean. The fridge has an ice-maker and there is a dishwasher. The TV is nice and the WiFi is decent.

I had a AMAZING experience staying at this extended stay. The staff was 5+ stars and were always so welcoming and helpful! The front desk supervisor was the most helpful employee I've worked with! I travel quite a bit for work and hands down she is one of the best people I've had the pleasure to meet. LOVED it here <3

The staff was warm and pleasant when I arrived. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed to make my own meals everyday. If you don't want to cook it's close to alot of restaurants. Boom!

Very nice place, plenty of space in our king suite with a lovely stocked kitchen large table for eating and still able to see the tv. Separate tv in the bedroom, with pullout couch in the main room. Late checkout time at noon is awesome! Bathroom is handicap accessible, so no tub. Also a little stark feeling, but spacious. Lots of closet space. No heat controls in the bedroom. No pool. No continental breakfast, but there is a great little "convenience store" on the first floor with a variety of snacks and drinks to purchase along with frozen dinners and breakfast food. Plenty of washers and dryers in the same room. Overall a great place to stay at a great price, with kind and helpful staff. Room was very clean.

Candlewood suites. Just great. I normally would not do a review while still at the reviewing place. But after recently giving a 2* to another hotel... I want to say, this place is so relaxing, clean, quiet & well stocked. Free laundry room, fitness center, ROOM SERVICE MENU! Weekly rate is a great value with all your dishes, pots and pans in your kitchen. A dishwasher & huge microwave went over the top. Highly recommend this as your stay in the Twin Cities, near MOA & so much more. Pet friendly 😺

Great experience except being held accountable for someone who was a guest then when we wanted them gone they acted up hotel kicked us out despite our best efforts to make the person leave.

The hotel is super clean, rooms are spacious enuf, updated and very trendy in decor, all the essential amenities provided in the rooms. Probly my favorite thing is the free laundry, can not beat free laundry. They have a help yourself corner store type market in the laundry/fitness center area. Laundry facilities are clean and work great, fitness center is well equipped and clean. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Really can't beat it or find a better place to stay in the area in my opinion.

Good clean large rooms with full size fridge and stovetop with all the dishes and pots n pans to boot!! Side island with roller office chair for dining. Beds are very comfy and well stocked bathrooms with nice toiletries n luxurious towels!

Only improvements: Shower pressure. Cigarette smoke at one point was coming from bathroom vent as someone was smoking in their bathroom. Check in was quick but could have been a tad friendlier.

But room was so clean.

During a classic holiday air travel disaster, my girlfriend and I found ourselves stranded for several nights in Minneapolis. Our airline utterly failed to step up in any way, and finding Sonesta Richfield was a refreshing and much-needed turning point, with well-appointed rooms priced at a good value. The night manager, Recal D., was extremely helpful at a time when it was most needed, and assured us we could extend our stay in the same room if needed. She was also helpful in smaller ways that made a big difference, providing us with detail to ensure an important delivery would be received without issue, and helping us to resolve a challenge in getting our laundry done.

Strong recommend for Sonesta Richfield, and for Recal D. Good, competent people have a substantial impact on the customer experience.

My husband and I love this place. The staff is so nice and help you if they can just because that's how caring they are. The rooms are always clean . It's quite nobody boths you. The staff is also considerate. They are prefesstional but also treat you like family. Thank you for making our stay comforting ❤ April and terrence
