Another great experience!! Owner was very professional, gave me a 10 AM service appointment and was not only on time but called ahead to let me know the technician was on his way. Friendly and knowledgeable service tech. Fix my oven in 15 mins, and clean up after work was completed. I will definitely continue to do business with JL Appliance.

If I could give this store stars to infinity I would,I was having one of the worst days today and from the time I entered the store up until I left my salesperson Will just absolutely the best not only did he give me the best customer service Ive had in a minute for the time I was in the store I completely forgot about the terrible day I was having thank you so very much.......Stand up guy
