What a refreshing little walking trail. Has quite a bit of shade and stroller friendly. It has a few little bridges over a tiny stream and a boardwalk over a swamp. Lots of people go here with their dogs, but everyone seems very friendly. There is quite a few picnic tables spread out into the trees that would be perfect for a little picnic. There is even a little playground for kids. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk the whole trail. Enjoy!

I loved nature. For tree lovers, it's very cool to watch. The trail is very clean. A very quiet place for a short walk. shady yet sunny in the meadows. Warning, if you are sensitive to odors, I am, but it was still tolerable in the afternoon because the park has swamps.
Be careful in the parking lot,... some teenage boys in my opinion in a black F250 type truck threw rotten eggs into the rear passenger door behind the driver. I just hope it's just a chance incident. I did not like that but it is not the responsibility of the Park. The playground has few attractions. A very simple slide.
Picnic area are good & nice!

This park is AMAZING!!! Tucked out of sight, this is a hidden treasure. With a beautiful walking path, lush greenery, and an atmosphere that feels out of the hum drum of the city, this place is truly a gem! With a single pavilion and playground located right next to the restroom, it's a convenient place to get together with friends and family while watching the kids play just feet from the tables. The only thing is lacking is a BBQ grill, but the charm and scenery almost makes up for that. I only took one photo, but it's worth so much more.

Cute little park, needed a break for the grandchildren and their doggies to run for a bit while we were visiting SLC and waiting to get the kids into the jump center that was close by.

Nice little park. Good for walking the dogs. Could use some updating, but nice and quiet.

Very pretty little park tucked away in a primarily residential area. There are plenty of pathways and sidewalks throughout the park, making it great for a family stroll or a walk with your canine buddy. There are also open fields with plenty of tree cover, so you can easily get a pickup game going or spend an afternoon with a slack line and some friends. All in all, a great little park that sees very little traffic so you can feel comfortable letting kids run around and play!

Cute little park, but it's a concentrate of everything good people look for in a park: thick tree grove, a pond and a stream, weavy walking path, with a bit of up and down, a pavilion, restrooms, playground for kids, adequate parking space. Did I miss anything? Of course, the end of December may not be the best time to appreciate this park. A bit spooky, even.

Been coming here since I was 12.. That's 16 years, always loved this place. Lots of Trees, Love the bridges & swampy vibe on North Side of park. I appreciate the small play ground, it doesn't distract from the awesome walk.

Never have I ever had issues coming here. People keep to themselves, yet are still open & friendly.

I now bring my kids here every once in awhile to create their own memories.

Delightful little park. I opted out of nearby shopping and walked myself over to this park on a work trip to SLC. Beautiful loop path lined with trees and peekaboo views of the mountains. Just a stunning little park and a perfect place for a picnic and afternoon stroll.

This park was better before they trimmed back the foliage--it was like a magical forest that felt a million miles away from civilization, but I guess they got tired of picking up empty beer bottles and used prophylactics. It's still a great little hidden gem though, especially in the summer when the cattails are fully grown and the trees (the ones that are left, anyway) shade half the walking loop around the park.

A little preserve of nature in the middle of a neighborhood. It was so quiet and peaceful we could hear crickets even on the daytime.
And of course there is a playground, picnic pavilion, and restrooms.

This is one of my favorite parks to come to in salt lake valley. It's hidden away in the neighborhood so not a whole lot of people seem to know of it. And they are the only park I know of that keeps their bathrooms open 24 hours when it's warm. Very cozy. I've done some of my best meditation and writing here! Love this park!!!

This is one of my favorite parks to come to! Its hidden away in a neighborhood I grew up in. Its quiet and cozy and the bathrooms are open 24/7. Surrounding neighbors are very nice too! They have a huge pavilion for neighborhood events and what not. A cute little trail to walk around the whole park, like walking through a picturesque forest in a fairytale! This is where I do my best thinking! :)

This place is amazing it's like you leave Utah and are in Sherwood forrest or something. Picnic tables everywhere, playground, bathrooms, even a boardwalk on the north side. This park is a must play at or whatever

This is a secret spot, used by locals. It is tucked in the neighborhood and not easy to find without a guide. It is not a large park. There are a small play ground and a gathering area. The trail is fine. About 0.6 mile round trip. Part of it is wetland which should be preserved.

Really cute park, we stopped by to eat lunch and then walked around the pond and walking path. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Because of how it is so spaced out, even though there were a lot of people there, it didn’t feel crowded at all. It really is such a pretty place❤

A lovely short, shaded walk. Not busy, flat, and a loop if you wanted to get some laps in.

Love this park! Sweet little play structure, but the kids will have more fun on the trails! Bridges cross a shallow stream, very shaded, cool walking trail.

This is a small part but a great little path runs around the park. It is mostly a natural settings. Beautiful peaceful place to contemplate life or get away from all the noise of life for a moment.
