AT&T Store

Came in right before closing but wouldn’t have known it. Didn’t get rushed at all. Jonah was fantastic to work with. No pushy sales tactics. He was very thorough and informative. Will definitely be back.

Ryan was unbelievably helpful for my phone issue! I had spent hours on the phone with no resolve and in person with him was effortless. I also ended up getting 2 new watches there because of his help and was so grateful. Jonah helped with our upgrade issues while transferring things over. So much better than phone support !

I went in to pay my phone bill and randomly asked about upgrading because it’s been 5-6 years since I have. Ryan was SO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! He helped me pick out which new iPhone/case/charger to get, helped me with backing up my old phone, and setting this new one up entirely. I’m completely lost with most things technology wise and he didn’t seem to mind all my millions of questions. Thanks so much, Ryan!

My phone, which I am dependent upon as a medical device for my diabetes, was taken, placing me in a difficult situation. The two wonderful employees at AT&T immediately worked everything out for me, it was amazing. This horrible event became a positive experience and I’m extremely grateful

I've had the most frustrating few days, my phone went swimming and didn't survive, 2 days after getting my new phone it locked up needing a password and At&t & Samsung customer service couldn't help so as a last dich effort before throwing it off a building I went to this AT&T store where I purchased the S23+ and Marco & Levi were awesome and got me fixed up quick. Restored my contacts which I had given up on and was just wanting my phone to work. I walked out soooo happy. Thanks Marco & Levi @ ring us AT&T store.

Store is super clean. Staff is excellent and attentive! Very impressed with this location. They showed me the value of enrolling with AARP to save some money! Great experience.

Jonah is incredible. The dude is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He listened to my concerns, then jumped right into possible solutions. I’ll be back, and my hope is Jonah will be there will I do.

I just joined AT&T as a new customer, and Jonah created a seamless experience from beginning to end. I expected it to take forever and to be riddled with snags, but working with Jonah was exceptionally easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Best customer service I have ever received. Andrew is the man!!!! He took the time to allow us to stay a little after hours just to go the extra mile. The service was efficient and quick. He was courteous and comforting.

What an amazing customer service experience. I have been having a challenge with multiple phone lines of my kids getting crossed over. JONAS took the time and helped solve the problem on three different devices. He was patient and help me understand what he was doing. I have been in to other AT&T stores 4 times before trying to solve this problem. I just needed JONAS. Thank you!

Andrew, the store manager, was great! Not only did he help us get a new phone set up easily, we had a great time conversing with him. Personable salesman and educated Apple expert. 10/10 recommend.

I dropped my galaxy s10 for the last time. My mom and I came in to upgrade, and Jonah helped us. He was amazing, I left with a new phone, and he helped us lower our bill. 10/10 he deserves a raise.

Great service! My experience started with Ryan. He was very helpful in reviewing our plan and phone options. I needed to get some info from other family members before proceeding so Ryan emailed me the plan quote/info. I then returned a couple days later and was a bit apprehensive that Ryan was not in. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service by Andrew. He carefully reviewed the quote started by Ryan, made sure we had the best plan to meet our needs and to save us money at the same time. We then ordered our devices with him. Andrew was awesome!! Like another reviewer wrote, he ended up helping us past store closing time. We never felt rushed. Best customer service!! So glad we came to this location and worked with Andrew and Ryan. Thanks to you both!!

Ryan and Andrew and the whole team were wonderful. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They answered all of our questions and we left with exactly what we went in for. Now keep in mind these things take time especially with as much as we were doing, porting a few numbers and setting up a whole new account, so patience is a virtue when embarking on such a process but they really made the whole thing painless and we are very happy with our new service and phones. This is our new store now for everything! You should definitely go and see them!

My wife and I both love this store! Very genuine people here that seem to care. We needed to ask a few questions about our bill and a gentlemen by the name of Andrew helped guide us to a better understanding of everything. Andrew was professional, patient and charismatic. Keep employing people like him and AT&T will go far!

Landon was absolutely wonderful in helping us get all the things we needed to get out of the situation I was in and back on my family's plan. He always knew exactly what to do and did it all very quickly. Highly recommend coming to this store, way better than any at&t store I've ever been to.
