Unipro Uniforms

I only gave 5 stars because I wanted it to be seen unlike me when I entered the store. By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Both sales associates ignored me and my mom; as we walked in we were not properly greeted just left idle until someone was ready to help us. When they did decide to interact with us they were absolutely nasty and rude. However I was eventually measured but when I finally received my uniforms they were too big. I wouldn't recommend. Maybe if the service was a little better I wouldn't be as upset.

I had a wonderful day today thanks to Stacy a representative who returned my phone call for assistance with my order for uniforms. Stacy was awesome and deserves 5 stars for her professional and courteous performance.

So this morning I called Unipro Uniforms and got the most pleasant, patient and wonderful customer service representative that helped with size, looks and styles that best suits me.
"Stacy Illescas" you made my day much easier Thank very much it was my best experience by far.

Their customer service is astonishing. When I only received only 2 hats for my uniform, Stacey (Extension 1084) whom i belieVe should be in charge of that department, she was able to take her time and explain to me what happened. And moved mountains to make sure that everything become right.

Stacey will treat you with respect.If you have any issue with unipro only Stacey can resolve it.
She should be a manager there.She helped me with my issues and I can tell you try it and you will see the difference. An employee like Stacey should be promoted to manager...

I had a discrepancy with one of my returns. Unipro never received the second package although I shipped them both on the same day. I was lucky enough to get customer service representative Marlen on the phone. She found that the second return was scanned but never shipped. She stayed on the phone with me while I went to the ups store I shipped it from. They told me that it's at the warehouse in Maspeth and they would give me the number so I can call. Marlene told me to hold while she sees what she can do so I wouldn't have to go through all of that. She came back on the phone and told me she would call and put in the ticket for investigation. And also she would ship the correct size I need.
Marlene went above and beyond her duties and I appreciate her for that. If you ever get Marlen on the phone you've been blessed with an amazing representative of unipro. She gets it DONE!

Great service from Stacy and Fernanda, both went out of there way to insure that I got my package.

Stacy was very professional as I was very frustrated in placing my order. She helped with my order and placed it quickly. I’m am a very satisfied customer thanks to her!

Went into the store and brought two pairs of pants that had to get alterations, three hours later I received text order was ready. Customer service was great, and the young lady at the front counter was very helpful in my sizing.

Great place and great service for the most part, but that lil skinny wench working in the front is very nasty and always has a attitude. Other than that no complaints

This place is amazing, the people who work here (keeva & bria) are the best to deal with. The make the process easy from start to finish. From taking your measurements, to being patience with you while they find the perfect fit. I was always welcomed with warm smiling faces while coming to this unipro uniforms . I would recommend this location to any professional who wants there uniform on time and a perfect fit. Just always ask for keeva or bria those employees are amazing.

Greaaaaat service! Picking up my Unis for work were no problem. Right sizes, and were ready on time! They even tailored my pants for my unis.

UniPro has great pricing, also very nice staff. Great place to shop for uniforms. They customized a special website for us at no extra charge!!!
