I'm new here, I have had some horrible experiences at other jobs.
I can honestly say this job is one of the best in many years. Nobody is better than the other. Work is great and my peers are here if I need them. Upper management is awesome. I am hoping to retire from AFS when it's time and that is a long time. Thanks everyone for your wonderful welcome.

Advanced Facility Solutions is a great company to work for. As a contractor vendor I speak from experience. The Project Managers are helpful and easy to deal with. The work order and subsequent invoice process flows without any issues. Payments are sent in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend AFS for all vendors.

As a long time vendor for AFS id just like to personally thank the team over there for doing such an amazing job! Our company has been able to grow and provide excellent service because of the help we receive from the team at advanced.

My husband and I have a small business in California. We were contacted to do some work for this Advanced Facilities Solutions . We were skeptical at first , as they were out of state and quite frankly did not have many good reviews. I just want to say WOW! Advanced Facilities Solutions has gone above and beyond! The communication has been excellent and payment has been on time or early.The work has been constant, what a great income addition. We have enjoyed our new work partnership and will definitely look forward to future endeavors with these people and this company.

Kathy called and profusely apologized for the past dealings between Advanced Facility Solutions and our company. They rectified any outstanding balances and ensured that measures were taken to prevent this from happening again in the future.

After leaving this review, a Dominique Davis left a five star review stating; something to the nature of prompt payment, great company blah blah bah.. We , Chameleon Contractors Inc- based out of Los Angeles, CA - have been working with AFS for the last 2 years. They hire us to do work for them on the west coast all the from Southern California up to as far North as Santa Cruz. We have been always treated professionally and family.
They treat us as a sister company with open line of communication on all phases of our work such as planning, estimating, invoicing and prompt payments. AFS has high standards and the quality of work expected from our company is top tier and so far we have been able to provide the best in our industry working with AFS.
We have completed dozens of big projects with them all with nothing but platinum feedback from our giant clients.
