Service was good coming and leaving. Bed was comfortable. Room layout was good. A/C worked. Room was clean.
Breakfast could have been better with hot eggs and meat. We went to McDonald’s.

We stayed there this week and it was fine. The room was clean and breakfast was not a huge buffet but it worked.
If we needed anything they provided it. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and they were not better as far as service went.
We’ve stayed at hotels and had zero free breakfast, so this was better than nothing. Free coffee free juice and just enough other choices.

La Quinta inn by Wyndham is one of the most accommodating motels I have stayed. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very very comfortable. The affordable rate doesn’t hurt either.

I am not tech savvy, the front desk helped me with my needs.

Very comfortable, very nice staff. Had some small issues with our room but immediately took care of everything. We have 5 people, 2 big dogs and a cat in our group. There's enough room for my sons cot since it's only 2 double beds. I highly recommend this hotel. There's even a family fun center next door for the whole family.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews here. Everything was very clean and in good repair. Clean bathroom, nice linens and furniture. Carpet was spotless and the room smelled fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby (including a BK with play area for the kids just a couple of blocks away - bonus!). Our 2 adults, 2 kids, and dog had a great experience here.

May not have been the best hotel I've stayed at but for what you're paying, it's definitely not horrible. But I will say the staff is AMAZING. I was staying from out of state and woke up in the morning to a dead battery in my car. the staff worked their butts off to try and find jumper cables to help me. Although they did not find any and I ended up calling a tow truck, they went completely out of their way to try and help me. I would stay there again solely for that reason.

Front desk was awesome, I walked in off the street and He went above and beyond to find me a room and made me feel appreciated. Room is clean, water pressure is great and water is blazing hot. Can't wait for my waffle for breakfast.

This was actually my second time staying at the La Quinta Inn Southwest. The first time I was traveling with my father over the summer so I didn't notice much about many of the processes. This time was a two day one night trip to spend with my husband, and kids at the zoo among other things in Omaha. I was greeted warmly by the desk clerk who checked me in expediently while also signing me up for their rewards program. Our dog even received a welcome treat. The room was clean, and comfortable. The background themes for the tv screensaver worked wonders for helping my toddlers feel at home for bed as it mimicked closely their noise machine from their room. The breakfast room is slightly cramped if a lot of people are getting in, and out. But that is a relatively small inconvenience considering the rest of our stay was fantastic. The location is also only 15 minutes away from the zoo, and many other attractions.

Excellent and professional service. The staff was very kind and helpful in every aspect. 5/5 would stay again. In particular I'd like to mention Randy, Tenicia and Sunny. These staff members reflect good credit upon themselves and LaQuinta Hotels. Their hospitality is second to none. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. It's much appreciated and keep up the fantastic work!

Great for pet lovers. They allow 2 dogs, and do not charge an additional fee, which is rare! Everything has been great, other than the room smells a little musky. I would decently stay again.

We had a great stay at this LaQuinta (our first time with this hotel chain). We travel with our old dog and LaQuinta allows pets--there is no additional fee at this hotel.

With a AAA or AARP discount we saved $10 off the normal $65 rate for two people ( taxes brought the cost back up to $65). We felt this was a great value. The hotel doesn't have a pool or fitness center, but we don't use them and appreciate having a cheaper room rate instead.

The hotel was very well maintained, the clean and spacious lobby had luggage carts available, as well as a computer and printer for guest use.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful: they found us a ground-floor room close to an exit for our arthritic old dog and allowed parking for my pick up truck and 30 Ft long trailer.

Our room was clean and odor free. We worry about bed bugs at all hotels and we inspect carefully-- the twin double beds / mattresses were spotlessly clean. Even the little things like the back side of the flat-screen TV had been cleaned. The bathroom and sink areas were also spotless.

The beds were very comfortable and each had three pillows ( which appeared to be of at least a couple different levels of firmness). Cable TV was available, including a couple Showtime channels.

The Continental Breakfast is served in a large, clean, brightly lit room. I heard a guest make a snarky comment to an employee about the selection being limited, but I'm not sure what else that person thought should be included in a continental breakfast.

There was two or three flavors of instant oatmeal, two or three cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, two flavors of yogurt, multiple kinds of small and large muffins, and multiple kinds of bread and bagels ( along with toppings such as butter, peanut butter, and various flavors of cream cheese and jelly). Toasters were available.
Two waffle machines, along with batter and syrup, let you make your own hot waffle in about three minutes.
Fresh apples and bananas, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, and milk were also available.

The hotel is located in an area of other chain hotels, in what looked to be a nice area. The parking lot is well lit at night. Twice I saw a police car patrol the parking lots of the area.

A Subway restaurant and a Village Inn restaurant are located about 150 ft from the hotel and accessible via a paved path. There is a family fun center across the street with lazer tag, video games, and which has a pizza and salad buffet for lunch and dinner.

The grassy area between the hotel and the Subway and Village Inn restaurants has a dispenser for dog waste bags, and this area was clean during our visit.

We chatted with the hotel maintenance man and the manager during our stay. Like the front desk clerks from the night before, both were outgoing, made sure we were happy, and thanked us for staying there.

To be honest, I read a lot of the review's on here and was a little worried about my stay.. which was only supposed to be 3 days.... Ended up to be 10. The hotel staff was extremely amazing, clean inside and out, no terrible odors. Great 24 hour restaurant next door... A great stay!!

Booked for a week during WS games. Our son was playing in the Triple Crown Omaha SlumpBuster. It was clean and hardly ever heard any noise (a team stayed), its close to places to eat and we had a great experience. Renee at the front desk is really awesome and made our stay comfortable. Room was clean and beds comfy. Can't say enough but only that when we come back we will stay here. Can't beat the price and highly recommend.

Its older. But its well upkept. And clean! The price is great. Not all the rooms have microwaves and fridge. Its a continental breakfast. Enough to get you through the morn though. We will definitely be staying again

Staff will check you in for the next day starting at 7am. Rooms are what you expect from the price point. Free breakfast (waffles, muffins, bagels, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cereal), free Wi-Fi, no fee for pets.

Best part is they keep the riff-raff away pretty well. Drug addicts get run off quickly. Noise complaints are dealt with harshly.

This is my favorite hotel! It has good sized rooms, friendly staff, it's clean and the breakfast is delicious! The price is also one of the cheaper ones I find, o average $55 a night when I stayed.

Great service and good location for our visit. I will admit the hotel is a bit dated but I was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice too.
