The Eclectic Chic Boutique

My very good friend and I took a body butter making class here and it was so much fun! The instructor had her own candle and body butter shop (Josephine + Joy Candles). She was very sweet and informative. We even received a free gift from the instructor for taking her class ❤ The boutique itself is wonderfully filled with so many different items, hand crafted from different artists/small business owners. And the owner of the shop was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed! Thank you guys for such a great experience!!

Had a great relaxing coloring night. The different designs are so nice! And the colors they h all ranges.
They have a very unique shop with all types of different arts and craft and clothing.
This is definitely a cute spot to grab a unique gift for friends and family.

Amazing and professional Chocolate making class, we organized and team building of 40 people remote across the world and there were a lot of logistic managed very well, good quality of product sent. My teammates did really appreciate the class even if this was quite technical. Thank you Kristen for helping coordinating all the logistic fixing all the issues that couldn't foresee with the shipments worldwide.
I'll definitely go back to check with you if we have another even to organize.

I signed up through EdAdvance (a local continuing education catalog that offers a whole bunch of different classes). Registration was very easy.
Kristen from The Eclectic Chic Boutique was very nice, accommodating and helpful. I chose to have the materials for the bracelet making class mailed to me, and Kristen offered to text me pictures of the material so I could choose which colors I wanted. Ethan (forgive me if I got his name wrong, I met him briefly via Zoom) was also very nice and helpful, during the class he made himself available for any questions we had regarding Zoom. Roseanne, our bracelet making instructor was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, too.
If given the opportunity to take another class with them again in the future, I would happily take it! Thanks so much guys, I really enjoyed myself and love the bracelets I made!

Fantastic place to get crafty or buy handcrafted gifts! You feel your creativity awaken just from being in the shop. I booked a private candle making class for my friend and me, taught by Maureen, and it was so much fun! Great instruction, too. As a result of this class, I may pick up candle making as a new hobby! Kristen is so sweet, too. I’m already looking forward to booking another class soon. :)

Eclectic Chic Boutique did such a great job hosting a body butter event for my company. Kristen was very responsive and easy to work with, and the instructor was so lovely and knowledgable about the product. Our attendees really enjoyed the class and we would love to work with them again in the future.

This is the first shop I visit when I need a special gift - for my “grownup” friends or special little ones.
Wonderful soaps, oils, and candles as well as beautiful, original clothing items and great, creative items for children.

Online zoom class was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed throughly making the body butter, so glad to make it and excited to use on the skin with natural ingredients .Highly recommend it.

Working with Eclectic Chic Boutique was super easy. They had so many different classes to choose from it was hard to pick because they all looked amazing. We used them for our annual shareholder week virtual social activities (2021) and they were great about getting all the kits mailed out to different people all over the United States on time.
Even though I did not get to attend the events I heard a lot of positive feedback!

We used The Eclectic Chic Boutique as part of our virtual department meeting and they were great! We did the Body Scrub class and our kits with all materials were shipped prior to the date, Kristen was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and our instructor was VERY patient with our group of 33! I can't wait to try the finished product. All in all, a great way to add something new to your virtual meetings and keep it interesting!

My wife and I stopped in here after dinner to “just browse” but we were very intrigued by the customized and unique locally designed, handmade and restored clothing in this little space. I was even more impressed by how the staff (2 people) led by owner Kristen Zachares, was ready to impress and sell without any salesperson feel as if I was one of the sharks on Shark tank. I am a Marketer and I loved the pride, authenticity and 30 second pitch that got us to purchase, feel good about our purchase and want to go and share our experience. Montclair needs to keep more of this authentic small business going. Keep it going, Chic.

My girl scout troop of Brownies and Juniors really enjoyed the virtual bath bomb making class. So grateful to Eclectic Chic boutique for stepping in with little notice and allowing the girls to have fun Valentine's Day weekend. Highly recommend!

The Eclectic Chic Boutique did a wonderful outdoor art party for our daughter's 4th birthday. We were thrilled to be able to offer a safe, outdoor, socially distanced way to celebrate. Theresa was friendly, organized, and great with the kiddos!

We had a wonderful time during our virtual sign-making class. The instructor, Colleen, was patient, energetic, and encouraging. We were given ideas on how to make the sign our own, according to our own décor preferences. Looking forward to doing this again!
