The UPS Store

I went in today and the employees were hustling! The line was a little long but they got through it quick.
I will say that the woman (I assume a manager) who came from the back and told the employees the employees to not wait until they were out of change to ask for more, could of used a little more class and less attitude. Those folks were working hard and provided top notch customer service.

First I'd like to say thank you to Kitty and Eddy for their assistance with my shipping delema they were great and was in and out any issues. Employees like Kitty and Eddy being so courteous make people want to come back. Thank for everything I greatly appreciate you both.

Waited only a few minutes for a staff member to take my package and give me receipt with tracking number.
Very efficient, communication was excellent. In and out in5 minutes.👍

I have been at this UPS several times. I want to commend an employee by the name of Kitty. She was so helpful and kind to me. I also observed her handling those in front of me.She is accurate, professional and confident at her job. Please appreciate this person.😀

I have just received the most amazing attentive helpful service ever from manager Natasha at store #4548 in Salem NH. I had a huge problem, (partly of my making and partly due to a cell phone company's shady practices I suspect...) - but Natasha: 1) returned my voice mail on a very busy day 2) conducted independent research on my problem 3) discovered the resolution at the cell phone company - which they had denied! and 4) imaged and mailed me the corroboration of the proof of receipt from that company so I could fight the charge and 5) did it professionally, courteously and in a friendly and helpful manner. Also, never pointing out it was dumb of me to have lost my UPS receipt with the tracking number, which of course, it was. I am very grateful for her help and will continue using UPS whenever possible, (although I am having 2nd, 3rd and 4th thoughts about the cell phone company.)

I am from out of state and had a package delivered to the store for pickup. Package was not shipped via UPS but one of the competition. They accepted the package and held it for me. Staff was very helpful, friendly and all around great.

They staff there are amazing. They were able to handle my various mix of shipments quickly and efficiently. This is not the usual UPS store that I use, but it will be moving forward in the future.

I went in yesterday right before closing with a bunch of large Amazon returns and the young man at the desk was SO helpful. I had to re-roll the rugs up on the floor, while taking an urgent call from my young son, and the employee was so patient and helpful. I've always had a good experience here, but I was especially thankful for him last night. Thank you!!!

I ran out quickly to drop off a return. I already printed the label at home and tapped it on the box. But my printer was running out if ink so it printed out purple. I took it to the ups store hoping it would scan. Ofcourse it didnt scan and the guy told me he could print it out for me for $4. The problem was I forgot my purse so I had no money on me. The nice ups worker told me it was ok he will print one out for me. Wow! What a nice surprise. I thought that was very kind! He saved me a trip all the way home and back again. Also, when I got to the store the line was long but I was in and out in 5 minutes! The workers there were very efficient in moving the line along very quickly! This is my go to ups store even though I live in a different town. Thank you to that ups employee who helped me out. I really appreciated that.

I love this store out of all the delivery services this store always had my stuff. I wish everything could go straight here.

Gwen was very helpful in assisting me with my shipment today. She helped me navigate the amazon app to process my return through ups rather than kohls. Consistently impressed with the accommodations made by this location.

went to this store on 10/16/20. Had the best experience. I needed to send three different packages and have the packed and shipped. My csr I think his name was Allen made so easy. in and out in 10 minutes.thanks guys.

Imran and Austin were very professional and rendered excellent customer service! I was not aware of the $2 packaging fee but they waived it because it was my first time there! Great experience!

We went earlier today and we got excellent service from a young lady named Natalie ! I trust that our packages are in great care.

The staff was super helpful and helped me print out a label that I was sent through email. They made it really easy to ship what I needed to and I will absolutely be back!
