Amazing customer service. Went in and was immediately greeted and taken care of by the store manager Tiffany. Very knowledgeable and so courteous. I needed help and she walked me through to the point where I can teach someone else, and went out of her way to get me exactly what I needed plus a bit more. The team was amazing and fast but also thorough with the job. Gave personal recommendations and great advice. Will definitely be coming back for my car again.

Super nice folks who were short on help the day I went. Sunday. My fault. Amy was excellent in managing my expectations and letting me know up front that it would take extra time today. Amy’s honesty during our first interaction (phone call) made me drive the extra 14 miles to her location. Great service all around with nothing but 5 stars for the whole crew. I have been in the car business for over 40 years and I know when I run into the right people. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I will be seeing them again.

Exceptional service. Staff keep me aware of everything going on with my tire change. The service was fast and reliable. The staff was professional and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend this location. Plus Amy the front desk person was awesome.

I was originally taken aback when the service person told me the parts store was no longer open and I had to bring my own headlights for installation.

This was not disclosed on the website. That said, she booked me for the for 2 days later. I went only and ordered headlights at a steep discount online and had them shipped to me.

The day of installation was quick and effecient. In and out in 30 minutes at the most and price was reasonable, especially once you add in the savings of the LED bulbs i purchased online.

All in All a great experience.

I placed an order for four tires online with an appointment. I showed up for my appointment and the young man working. The desk could only find two of the tires in stock. He continued to look in several places until he was able to find the ones I had ordered, definitely went above, and beyond his job description . Call he was very very helpful and very pleasant to work with. There was a woman working upon check out who was very pleasant my whole experience there was excellent I would definitely recommend people to go to the Pep Boys in Salem New Hampshire.

Amy was knowledgeable, polite with a smile. The men who worked on our vehicles were knowledgeable, and took their time to do the job right. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Thank you all Job well done we’ll be back

The front desk employee, Remy, in the Salem, NH location was excellent. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and was able to multitask with a smile and in a stress free environment. I was very impressed with his demeanor and you are lucky to have an excellent employee that represents the Pep Boys company.

I took my old tires in to be removed off of the rims and have a two new tires put on for my boat trailer. The tires I bought at Pep Boys and both Remy and C.J. were awesome with the whole process. From advice on what to do and the installation they both showed great customer service and did a high quality job!

Went for an oil change. The employee helping me, CJ, was beyond helpful. Kept me in the loop with wait time and with what the mechanics feedbacks were on my car. He broke down every issue with estimates for when I come back.
Mechanics were detailed, love how they take the time to look at a car. The wait is worth it
