Always a pleasure to walk in there and see familiar faces, but it’s always great to see new faces no matter who it is. Everyone is always very cheerful. Has great customer service and is very willing to explain anything and anything you need. That’s very important. I love them all like they were my Family. Smyth forever.

I’ve been coming here for about 9 months now, and every visit is always a positive experience. On occasion the lines are long and sometimes there’s little to no parking, but that’s to be expected given the popularity of the place. Other than that, I’m usually in and out of there in good time, and every employee I’ve interacted with is always either in a good mood, or polite and respectful. The prices are pretty good too for the Smyth carts as well as the other brands they sell, compared to some of the other shops in the area. I’d recommend this place to any first time dispensary goer or anybody in general looking for good prices, and a seamless customer experience.

Wonderful atmosphere, great crew ,always clean ,music is always on point ,usually fast past for orders .(weekends are usually busy, but they do great getting you out fast with a smile !!! Looooooove this place and the prices and deals are always great! 👌

Smyth always has great prices. I asked Tim who served me if they had any disposable alcohol wipes for my vape battery since it was dirty. He said give it to me and I’ll clean it for you. Didn’t expect that at all. 10/10 customer service. He didn’t rush me and took his time to help me out.

Easy on line order pick up that was promptly ready for me and my boy Jacob had me in and out with all the right stuff. I’ll be back.

Danneka was the best bud tender! So friendly so nice. Very thorough, double checked my order for me. Fun to chat to while we waited for our order to be packed. She deserves a raise! Hope we get her next time!

If anyone has less than a 5 star rating for this business then it’s because they are “that guy” I guarantee. This place is cheaper, nicer, cleaner and have faster service than any other dispensary I’ve been to. And that’s a lot a lot a lot so if you’re looking for a place to go that’s easy, good and less expensive than Smyth is your place to go!! Super friendly people Adam is my go to guy if he’s there which he seems to be on my schedule!!

Brian was very knowledgeable! We discussed terpine profiles and he was happy to spend some time talking about the entourage effect for a few moments. Thanks a lot for some great service. He is amazing and very knowledgeable, I will literally wait for him and not see anyone else if he is there. He is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. There is usually never a question he doesn’t know, and if he isn’t sure he will find the answer out within seconds. He been continuing his knowledge and passion for marijuana by studying.

The many 5 star reviews still don’t do this place justice. I was helped by Matt and he was knowledgeable and pleasant. Would have tipped him generously for the help if possible but he denied my attempt. Will be back soon for sure.

Pre-ordered online. When I walked in, couldn’t help but notice how nice everything looked. Line was short and checkout was quick and easy. My order was ready before the given time and Kenneth was so nice and helpful. Will definitely be back !

Danneka is exactly why I'll keep coming back to Smyth as long as they are here. Guided me to two very tasty strains and could tell I was a novice "old school" smoker - made me feel very comfortable trying some new types as well as assisting with picking out a few new pieces of glass which are beautiful. No question it was a 5-star experience and I'm excited to run out of what I got tonight so I can get back in and purchase some more!

It's a refreshing experience as they are always adding something unique, and have a lot of character. The prices are balanced in comparison to visiting shops throughout the state of Massachusetts. I do recommend to plan ahead for your schedule. Even pre-ordering can have a wait time. It is worth the experience either way, and this only happens during what I call "the bud rush" lol. I like how they are always keeping friendly staff, that will always have some great recommendations if you're not sure what You're looking to get or try.
There's been twice I couldn't find a parking space (it is small, but If you know what you want the line can move fast, they have computers and a screen that scrolls their products as well as paper or check online from your phone. Again this is most likely towards the end of the week.
They sell their own in shop products as well as other brands as well. Enjoy!! 😊
