IHOP

I have been to many IHOPs for breakfast. Their lunch and dinner were not impressive to me. To me, IHOP is breakfast and not burgers (glad the IHOB concept did not last long). However, the breakfast crepes were good as were the pancakes. Unfortunately, the stuff was cool by the time it got to me, a quick trip to the microwave solved that. But, I can’t blame the restaurant it is about 35 degrees out there and the restaurant is about a 15 minute drive.

This place is hands down the best breakfast place. In the busy times they are so organized in getting people seated. Always polite. The food is great, many options. Well worth your time to go here.

We had Kim as our waitress and she was amazing to us the whole entire time. She gave us her honest opinion on the menu and made us a special coffee. We came back this morning and she was great again. 🥞

Had an amazing late-night breakfast at IHOP. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious - just perfect. Our waitress was phenomenal, making our experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a five-star visit!

Dined in and had Hannah and a waitress, she was super knowledgeable about any questions I had! She brought out my food in a timely manner, and next time I come back I’ll certainly be asking to sit in her section!

This place no longer has an open sign in the window, but they are in fact open. This is one of my favorite breakfast places and I almost thought they were closed. Thankfully I walked up to find the door unlocked and asked the employees if they were open. Happy to hear they were.

Everything was good. The stuffing for their turkey dinner could have been better. It did not have the corn bread taste at all. I also think they could have offered plain mashed potatoes with the turkey dinner.

Excellent experience. Service was fast, entire team is extremely friendly, and atmosphere was fun and inviting. Will be returning!

As you arrive at the dimly lit Salem iHop parking lot around 8 pm on a Saturday, the conspicuous absence of cars sets the stage for the surreal journey that awaits you within its walls. The restaurant unfolds as an otherworldly dimension, and as you cross the threshold, your senses are immediately captivated.

A genial waiter, seemingly attuned to the uninitiated, endeavors to guide you through the treacherous terrain of the menu, steering you away from its numerous pitfalls. He emphasizes the gravity of your culinary venture, cautioning against flippant phrases like "GG." The air is thick with the collective cautionary tales of those who succumbed to the allure of the iHop sauce—an enigmatic concoction generously slathered on burgers in this ostensibly pancake-centric establishment.

Referred to affectionately by the staff as "mop water," this mysterious sauce holds an almost hypnotic appeal. Not even the blaring strains of 1930s Christmas carols can rescue you once you're ensnared. With a solemn tone, our waiter delivers the sauce, accompanied by a final admonition: "that doesn't look right." With trepidation, I make contact, the spoon laden with the pinkish elixir grazing my tongue.

The moment is transformative; an out-of-body experience catapults me into a temporal distortion. The fusion of a burger with a side of pancakes stretches what external clocks measure as an hour into a seemingly interminable span. We conclude our odyssey with a substantial tip, leaving the iHop with a sense that our very existence has been enriched.

We went to this one in Salem NH the we're so friendly prompt food was perfect atmosphere was I would suggest going here again and again.

I have got to say, eating here and eating in New York where I’m from are almost incomparable. The customer service provided by Suzanne was superb! We would come back just to have her as our waiter again! 10/10

Visiting from New York, the people in Boston are super nice! This IHOP is nothing compared to New York ihops, so clean and the food quality is top tier! Suzanne was our waiter and she was such a wonderful soul, so polite and attentive to our meals. She gives golden girls vibes 🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality! Definitely recommend this IHOP!!! ♥♥♥

Amazing place! Recommend to be early or reserve table as there could be a wait!! But great people, great food!!

My wife and I used to stop in here almost weekly after hitting the stores in the area. We always had Marta as our server. She was so good to us, always remembered us to the point where we pretty much became friends. She now is in a higher position, but she deserves everything!! The food has always been good, can't go wrong with Salem NH IHOP!!
