Don't let the simplicity or size of this place fool you. After having tried several other spots in Perth Amboy, I've found my go-to at Carolina's. The handmade tortillas are so good -- and big enough to satisfy any hunger -- the quesadillas are exquisitely soft and flavorful (the carnitas one will change your life), and the few dishes that they have are all the definition of perfection.

I do recommend you practice your Spanish here because I've witnessed anglophones struggle to order but once you get past the slight language barrier, a delicious and filling meal will be your reward!

I love ordering tacos from this location because ingredients (including the tortillas) are always fresh! Yes! They make their own tortillas and I love that!!!! Beef tacos are my favorite! Highly recommend this place.

I went here and have gotten many things off the menu before , the food is fresh and cooked the way you want it . Would definitely recommend for a quick place to eat at or sit down with family or just a friend . Good service and delicious food 😌
