This was not the first time we used West Carpets. Each time we were happy with our total experience from start to finish. Pete and Adelle are extremely pleasant to work with. Great selection of carpeting and flooring, hardworking crew, and installation was done to perfection each time. We look forward to working with them again in the future. What a pleasure to deal with this company from start to finish. They were referred to me by a relative. I was allowed to take home samples and see the carpeting in my own home. I touched and felt it before it was ever installed. Pete came out and measured, the guys came in and installed in two days. Everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very very professional. The crews Worked very hard. It’s like waking on a cloud. Thanks to all!

Lovely owners, nice selection of carpet. Very happy with what we chose, installation was done well. Installers arrived on time. About to carpet a second room and am looking forward to it.

Adelle was so helpful and allowed me to take home 2 swatch boards to see how it will look in my house. Also, a large selection.

Good quality customer service

This place doesn't even deserve a star for customer service. I went into the store said hello three times and no response we spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at carpets and we're not even address the entire time we just decided to leave because I highly value customers service the lady was on the phone and didn't even pay attention to us it's as if we were not there
