Bath & Body Works

I stopped in today (3/9/23); and had a great experience as I browsed and shopped. From the greeting at the door to the checkout at the register. This is my "go to" location for my favorite BBW candles. It's right by the 2,3 trains and sits next to another favorite store (Victoria Secret.) The staff are very helpful and they know their products! Anyone on the floor can assist you with picking out some amazing smelling goodies for your home or body. I would definitely recommend this store location to friends and family. It's convenient, close by, and always has a good stock of whatever is advertised on the website. Also you can use the app to receive discounts and deals which I love. And of course I will be back soon! Keep up the great work 125th team!!!

OMG! This place is like a little piece of Heaven on Earth. The Customer service is amazing!!! I’ve never seen outside of Bath & Body Works a store manager who greets customers at the door and helps you like a regular employee. I appreciate that the employees know how to compartmentalize and leave their personal problems at the door. It’s always smelling pleasant and is always clean and fully stocked. I’m ever so thankful they decided to bring this chain to my neighborhood.

The cashier's and the floor people have great attitudes and great customer service skills the store is nicely organized I would highly recommend. The perfume and the lotion smells very nice and it isn't harsh on the skin.

The sweetest and most friendliest staff that you will find in the entire city!! They make you feel welcome! Great prices, and awesome lotions, perfumes!!

Let’s start by saying I love the great sales month of December had. Went to the location on 125st in Harlem. Was greeted at the door!😊 When I got to the register I was greeted my Kayla. Kayla was so helpful, cheerful and really made my shopping experience a pleasure. I usually order on line, but because of Kayla I will return for the personal touch I received. Job well done!!

I have a Girls trip coming up at the end of October, with food games and prizes.So went to Bath and Body Works to look for a prize for one of the games.
They had a lot of nice gift ideas and fragrances. I ended up getting a fragrance holder (cute vampire dog) and the fragrance Vampire Blood. They had other beautiful fragrance holders that I liked. My favorite was a haunted house, a little pricey but still my favorite. If u like the scents of Halloween/Thanksgiving (apples, pumpkin pie etc) then this is the place to go.

Normally I shop online but this particular day I decided to go into the store. I was able to walk in and pick out the items I want, everything was displayed nicely. Atmosphere was nice and cozy.

I love it! The staff is nice and pleasant plus the place is clean. You can also find what you need n if not the staff will always help you find it. I love Bath & Body Works

I love this store following social distance, great customer service, and the fragrances are amazing, got me some products on sale and some 1/2 price I'm so happy about it!

Love the Place, the Service and the Sales. Plus in my way out one of the Salesgirl told me that Bath & Body Works and Victoria Secret were the same company and that I can pay with my Victoria Secret Credit Card . I did not know that😳 so I went back the next day to get more Candles and now my apartment smells Amazing.😊

Awesome experience every time I go here. The staff members are always alert courteous and available for when we need that little help in finding something and some 😉.

The workers are helpful I found new smells witch I fall in love with. They are to die for. Big and clean store things aren't all over the place and they have the halloween stuff up the candles and soaps new handasanitizers in the foam of spray and way more new house sprays

I love it the perfume and the spray and the candle everything there smells so good and they have good prices and when you enter they show you all the love and when you leave they do the same and the cashier have a lot of respect good any you need they help u out keep up the good work...I love their💜
