I absolutely loved it! I have lived in this town my whole life and only recently got the chance to try this place out. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are in the mood for Turkish food (and or Mediterranean) I can not recommend this place enough. Absolutely great!

Excellent food in a comfy atmosphere. The prices were reasonable and the food was perfect. We got the cold appetizer plate which was delicious and portioned well for 2 or 3 people. I had the lamb kebap which is shown in the picture. Would definitely come back again.

Started with a Greek salad that was so fresh and the musak boregi (filo dough dumplings with a potato filling and some kind of amazing dipping sauce). Main course ordered the lamb kebab which came on a bed of delicious rice, and the Adana with yogurt - both really great!! Capped it all off with the tiramisu, the only thing I regret was sharing it. I was really craving manti, and unfortunately they did not have it that day. I will be back to try it!

We stumbled upon the restaurant a few years back. What an amazing surprise!! It’s the feel of a local neighborhood tavern but the taste of elegant cuisine. The owners are 2 of the nicest, hardest working people you can meet. The prices are beyond reasonable. The quality is way better than other food of its type. You will not regret going here. Any negative reviews left are done so by clueless people. My advice.. try everything on the menu. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Had dinner there last night and it was truly an experience to remember! Every bite of food was delicious...don’t miss out on the beet salad topped with falafel! The atmosphere is laid back, the owners are truly talented and very welcoming...even the other customers were friendly and kind. A real local gem! I don’t live in town but already craving another taste so I know I have to make a trip soon!

Top notch. The best! We enjoy their food which is delicious and fresh and they are always very accommodating. Their meats are well seasoned and tasty. Even the regular rice is a cut above. This place is a part of our family's routine. The prices are more than fair and you'll agree with the first bite. 5/5

I tried this place for the first time today and I had a lamb gyro. The best that I ever had. I will visit this place again. Although they did not have any bbq sauce which is a great addition to the gyros that I have. I absolutely loved it. I am not sure if it was the owner who took my payment or made my food but he let me slide on the 15 dollar min for cc.

Very slow on a Tuesday night (as expected). The staff was very friendly and gives lots of space for you to enjoy your meal. Service was very fast.

I had the lamb shish kabob with bulgur and it was delicious! I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

This restaurant is very simple in its decor, but their food is great. The menu is varied enough to entice those who are interested in the exotic or simple. I tasted their Lentil soup, Lamb Shish Kabob with Yogurt. I also had their Bulgur Wheat. The food was delicious and well prepared. My mom enjoyed her skirt steak and rice. I recommend this restaurant highly and will return again to try other things.

I eat here often and a lot of city officials come here to eat as well. The food is excellent and the place is very clean! If you really have eaten here you would know that the negative remarks are absurd. The owners who are brothers are very friendly and professional. The food is very fresh and the only frozen food they carry is what my little daughter eats: mozzarella sticks, french fries and wings. If you order real food you would know it's not frozen. Be sure to verify the validity of some of these comments prior to making your decision.

Ordered pizza and wings. As always it was a great experience.... highly recommended. I was with someone who came for the first time aswell and they corrected my English while i wrote this. Delicious experience at this inconspicuous Turkish establishment. Shared a series of appetizers with friends which were fresh, nicely seasoned, attractively presented, and tasty! Will definitely recommend and plan to return.

The restaurant is really nice and cozy. Perfect place for a meal where you can actually have a conversation. Nice Turkish music in the background (usually) enhances the experience and the food is really good. If you like spicy food, then you would have to tell them before hand, depending on what you are ordering. Enjoy.

I don’t know what is wrong with people who complain about this restaurant!!! This is the cleanest restaurant, the one in Perth Amboy, that I have ever seen... I have been a server for 7 years at several restaurants and know a lot of things about restaurant business. Troy restaurant kitchen and restrooms are clean as a neat house and I love the owner and server who make me feel like I am home all the time. I don’t even want to talk about the food because it is spectacular. Love you guys, you are the best 👌

We enjoyed our dinner and the atmosphere. It is like a pizza parlor, not fancy. It is BYOB which we didn't realize until we got there.

The lettuce and vegetables on our gyros were very fresh air the meat was tasty and the baba ganoush appreciated was delicious.

So this place is BYOB. It's a quaint little spot in the middle of Perth Amboy. The quality of food is spectacular. I haven't tasted anything that I haven't liked.

If you have a small group of foodies, this is a definitely one place worth going to.

Perth Amboy is jammed with great restaurants, but none comes close to this one. Been coming here for years. The food, service, attention & environment keep me coming back with the family. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend the House Gyro & Spicy Chicken Adana.

Menu has variety of mediterranean dishes to choose. Food is served quick and service is excellent! We enjoyed our meal and time we spent there. For sure will come back next time when we visit NJ.
