Life Time

I’m not going to be mentioning any trainers names, but the last review by Madison is completely false and out of proportion. I’d know because Madison was MY guest.

I’ve been a member at the gym since it’s opened and have very good friendships with several members and employees. I also used to work here so I know how the employees treat the members.

You might think my review and comments might be bias due to that, but I promise you her review is misleading.

Let me explain what actually happened.

I typically play basketball everyday at the gym. I brought a girl in as a guest and all she wanted to do was play a game of Pickleball. I noticed all the reservations were filled and no spots were open. However, I saw one of my trainer friends playing. (Not mentioning names) I asked him if I could play. He gave up HIS spot for me. I then gave my spot to the guest I brought. Yes I can say I was in the wrong for misleading the trainer thinking I was playing and not the guest I brought, but nonetheless the trainer was nice and greatful enough to give up his spot for my guest to play. Yea she wasn’t that good at Pickleball and I can’t speak on behalf of how the other members felt, but not once did the trainer speak ill of her, kick her off and or anything along those lines and I know that because I was there personally and witnessed everything.

Furthermore, the trainer and I have spoken and I have apologized to him for misleading him. He told me after the fact, he would’ve accommodated us to make the teams even for fun and fair competition as well

Overall, the review was incorrect and I’m sharing my side of the story. Lifetime and its employees treat everyone with the most upright and outgoing personality.

Friendly staff and always clean and tidy. With so many cardio machines, there's never a wait when I'm there which is great. The yoga classes are my favorite - super instructors (especially Dante).

Facility itself is decent, but the 5 stars really comes in from the trainers! I have interacted with a lot of them at this point and I am always impressed by how friendly and knowledgable they are. Big shout out to Christian S who I travel to this gym specifically for. As an adult training in a nonstandard sport I have found his knowledge and flexibility imperative to my progress- especially when it came to not falling behind after an injury and still being able to place 3rd in a recent tournament. He is really able to meet you where you are at and puts in the extra effort to understand you and your goals!

Excellent place. Feels like a resort. Indoor and outdoor pools, state of the art gym, sauna, steam, everything! The staff is super friendly too!

My family likes this place. But the lockers room/ shower area floors are filthy, not as clean as equinox , super friendly environment probably the best family gym way better than equinox

Lifetime is a great place to go. Its not just a gym but a club. A lot of classes and things for kids, something for the whole family.

Absolutely love this place! It is a Spa...not a gym. This place has Absolutely everything you could possibly need for health fitness and accountability. So many different classes to choose from. The staff is amazing. Julia is awesome for Hot Yoga! I really love Lauren for SHRED total body work outs! And Cassandra K. is hands down thee BEST personal trainer there! Love her!

Above average in cost but Totally worth every penny!

Beautiful club inside and out. Between the amenities, pool and great service I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for health/wellness needs!!

Absolutely love love love this gym!! I’ve been to many and this one is by far the best! It’s super clean, I couldn’t feel any safer. It’s big enough and has enough machines for people to keep their distance and for you to workout. We used the pool and it was great, employees came by to get my trash/towels which was so nice. Got to use the childcare, kids seemed to like it and wanted to come back. Food is great and overall very nice staff. My only suggestion is the pool entrance should definitely have it’s own separate entrance. I don’t think it’s a good idea to have guest pass through family changing room, gets a bit crowded at certain times, but I am impressed with the cleanliness and always have towels on hand! Highly recommend this gym, totally worth the money.

Best value for money when it comes to gyms in the area. I spend most of my weekend here: gym, pool, spa and cafe.. it’s brilliant.

My absolutely favorite gym in the world!!!! There’s not enough stars to give for every great thing at this place. Starting from the huge amazing outdoor pool, jacuzzi, lounges and the variety of classes all day long. It’s extremely clean, neat and organized. Whatever you need is here- pools, saunas, jacuzzi, beauty salon, food cafe, work lounge, private training, group classes, kids club, You Name it! Highly recommend ❤

Clean, staff isn’t quite what is was pre-covid but overall friendly and helpful. The swimming is easy with kids as the showers and shampoo, body wash are all there. The rock wall at this location is great I only wish it were open more times for adults/family as 5pm open climb is very late for my kids especially after just showering post-swim.

It's a really nice gym. Should be more strict with members taking towels.

Mommy sanctuary. Been a member for 5 yrs now n i have no complaints. The staff is very accommodating, the place is clean, the people are nice, the best gym ever !

Not sure why this place doesn’t get a 5 plus rating myself and my partner love to come here. Finally a gym that has a great ambience, fantastic workers -shout out to Christian and Joseph and all the other super friendly trainers it’s truly refreshing. Highly recommend and hope this facility doesn’t change its perfect as it is.

I have had a family membership here since it opened. The place is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and very friendly always. I feel compelled to leave a review after reading all these negative ones. People are reviewing the facility based on whether other members smell while they work out? Really? How is that the gym's fault? The child care is great, locker rooms are always clean. Only complaint if there is one that the family locker room area should have been larger and there should be more bathrooms. Don't let these negative reviews scare you off. You can get a free trial membership for a week from their website, try it our for yourself.

I love Lifetime Fitness. Been working out at this gym for about 8 years and love every aspect of it. During this time, I have used pretty much every service they have to offer including daycare, spa and swim lessons and I can honestly say that my experience has been top-notch every time.
