Thank you so much Scott for making the furniture sale so easy and not stressful! I found out that this location had the piece of furniture for sale on the floor and Scott was great with his communication on the phone. I arrived when he suggested I do so in order for someone to help me get the piece of furniture to the car. Ask for Scott if you are furniture shopping!

Wow this store is much larger than I thought it would be. They have so much to choose from. The saleswoman was walking by with a customer and took the time to greet me with a cheerful hello. Then they faded to the other side of the store. Very nice assortment of furniture and the store is very clean

Shopping at the shoe department can be overwhelming so I’m glad I met Maria. Customer service at its best!!She was patiently helping a lot of customers at once with a smile and no complaints. There are some people just great at what they do and Maria is definitely one of those people. You can tell she takes pride in her job and enjoys helping others. Because of Maria even though it was super busy on a Friday afternoon she handle it with ease. I was in and out in 20 mins tops. Thank you for making shopping a better experience for me and my friend :)

The staffs are accomodating but I feel not good during the long time of waiting pf the delivery of the items purchased.

We has a wonderful salesman who knew a great deal about the different types of chairs we were looking for. From the beginning I felt as if he was more interested in our satisfaction than in making a sale. Because he allowed us to take our time we bought 2 beautiful and functional chairs. Thank you Scott for your help, patience and skill.

Actually shopped at Target which has a lot of great stuff. I noticed the incredible sale on flat screen TVs. 65" Samsung selling for $499. and a 70" for $699. both are Smart TV and 4K UHD and looked incredibly sharp and detailed.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff members were great. They allowed my to express myself with out prejudice. I met the department manager and she reminds me of Megan the Stallion...

The staff here are very friendly and listen to what you want and don't try to push you to whatever best suits their needs. I was very happy buying furniture here. We went to at least 10 different furniture stores and kept coming back to Macy's.

I was very apprehensive about going to this store according to the reviews i see here on line..but... all i can say is i never had a better experience shopping for leather couches before this time we had a salesman named Jose Venegas he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all also the other staff was very inviting there were so many different choices to choose from it wasn't easy to decide but the quality is far better than the other one bobs and i would recommend this store 100 % ( i didn't get the couches yet but i will follow up on the rest of the details i just couldn't wait to boast about the good experience i had if you go somewhere be positive it will pay off thanks jose

Top notch service, david from mattress dept. Is the man! A humble and true professional, accomodate you, works with you and doesnt force you. Excellent experience for me a my wife. You have to check him out he has been in that field I believe for almost 2 decades he said, so he knows his craft. GOD bless macys.!

Very big selection, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful sales people. More important it's just furniture and carpets in a corner. No decorations and other little thing anywhere

It's not always the best experience to go shopping for mattresses and couches but surprisingly it was very pleasent and quick. Daniel the manager and David in the mattress department were very informative and professional.

Nice layout. Helpful staff. Spacious and no shortage of furniture items. You won't regret your visit.

I bought a leaving room and a set off matress and Scott was my sales person i have to tell you he went out of his way to make everything right and saving me lots of money thank you Scott
