American Roofing replaced my roof 20 years ago. They did an excellent job. It was a total tear off. Professional workers did precision work, as my roof has many challenges. Cleaned up job site perfectly. Recently I had unrelated painters paint the exterior of my house and they left nails that caused a small leak. I called Mike at American Roofing and they graciously fixed the leak, gratis. Trust them. They are the real deal. Nice people to work with! Thanks Mike!

American Roofing and Siding is by far the best and most reputable home repair company I have ever worked with. If you are in need of roofing or siding renovations or repairs, I highly recommend them. We had a complete tear down and replacement of our roof and our house was fully resided, back in 2003. The project was completed to perfection. Our house, to this day, looks beautiful and remains in excellent condition because of the quality workmanship. And, over the course of the past 23 years, if I ever had any questions OR something small happens (let's say from wind damage), Mike DeRosa sends his guys right out to repair the damage (at a very fair price). He is an upstanding guy and he goes out of his way to give you an excellent customer experience. If you are considering a roofing/siding company, I highly recommend American Roofing. American Roofing stands behind their work 100% It was more than 10 years since they put our roof on. We were experiencing lots of rain storms w/heavy winds. We noticed water coming in and called American Roofing. Mike responded immediately he said he wanted to take care of it before the storm started. They found it was the flashing around the chimney, his guys went u our 3 story home in Nutley and fixed it before the rain started. He didn’t even charge us for his time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Thank you for going over and above!

They were very friendly and professional, and when we realized the job would be more extensive than we originally anticipated they handled it great, and did what had to be done. American Roofing just put a new roof on our house. I chose them because their written quote was more detailed than the others I got and Mike was very responsive to questions before the job. Work was done well and I appreciate that they sent enough crew to get the job done fast. The roof looks great and I have no doubt it was done right. I also want to compliment the terrific clean up job. They went over the driveway with a magnet to get any loose nails and I've found almost no debris around the house. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

If you are looking for a reliable and established roofing company that does professional quality work in North Jersey at a fair price, my personal recommendation is American Roofing and Siding. When I needed to replace my roof I recalled seeing their completed-job signs many times in the area and called them along with 3 other companies. Mike DeRosa came across as professional and knowledgeable, with decades of experience. He answered all of my questions and I felt confident he and his team would do the best job, and I wasn’t disappointed. I would happily recommend his company to both friends and relatives.
Although I never had any problems with the roofing job, I did call Mike a few weeks ago to ask if he would clean a ventilator cap on the roof that became blocked with leaves. He called me the next day and sent his men the following day. Not only did they unclog the vent, they also cleaned debris out of all my gutters. There was no charge. Who does that?

American Roofing successfully completed a 64 unit roof replacement project at a townhouse style property we manage in North Haledon. Michael and his team were responsive, on time and produced quality work. The process was as painless as it could have been for all the residents. Highly recommend!

American Roofing, it's owner Mike and his entire crew is outstanding. It has been a complete pleasure working with them. They installed a new roof in 2012, after Super Storm Sandy when finding roofers was challenging. Mike was responsive, fairly priced and took care of it quickly. Since then, we've had a problem with two OLD skylights (that he did NOT install), and both times Mike was extremely quick in responding and getting a crew out to make the repair.

Had my roof installed by American Roofing in 2015. Michael's team did an amazing job. No issues and was provided a 25 year GAF warranty. This past week, I noticed water getting into attic by chimney when I went to get some Christmas decorations. I contacted American and they sent a team to repair the issue first thing Monday morning (12/19). I HIGHLY recommend American Roofing.

About 3 years ago, Mike and his team replaced our roof and gutters. Mike was very helpful, gave a great price, and even provided some addresses where we could go to view our shingle color choices on an actual roof! They did great a great job and I highly recommended them to friends that needed roofing work done. Today (a Saturday), I emailed Mike with a gutter leak issue and he called me less than ten minutes later to tell me a work crew was on the way. Incredibly, as he was explaining that his crew was on the way, they actually arrived at our door to take care of the problem, again LESS THAN 10 MINUTES after I reported it on their webpage. They fixed the problem at no charge! Amazing! Needless to say, I highly recommend American Roofing .
