I have been going to the Rite Aid in Newton for well over 15 years and as far back as I can remember the store manager Gbolahan has been one of the nicest people I have ever meet. I have never once asked him a question which he didnt answer in a polite, friendly and professional manner. He is always so nice and happy that it makes my day better seeing him. And the pharmacists are also excellent and helpful.

I received the vaccine yesterday. Mr Patel was patient, comforting and made the experience very calm. Kudos to the entire rite aid staff. The front end manager was also extremely helpful. I don't know his name but he has been working there for over ten years

Newton is fortunate to have this store in its town. I received my COVID-19 vaccination at this location yesterday, at about 12:45pm.. The whole process took place within a 5-10 minute time frame. This was due to the friendly, professional staff that consisted of the man and woman intake personnel to the woman who gave the vaccination. I couldn't help but notice how clean and well-stocked the store, itself, was. Although reserved parking slots for people who were there for vaccinations were clearly marked, I advise those who are there for vaccinations have a driver, as the parking lot is small. I'll be returning to this location later this month for my second vaccination without trepidation.

From the moment we checked in for our vaccine until check out everyone there was so so nice! It was a quick and clear process. Shoutout to the two guys at the front doing check in, Melissa who held my hand during my shot, and Shinie for a quick and painless injection. It was as great and I hope the same people are there for my second dose!

It’s refreshing to see such kind and compassionate people. Always ready to help when needed and/or offer helpful information. I have never needed to ask for assistance because they are always a step ahead.

Got my vaccine here, they are friendly and very efficient. My son got his at Walgreens in franklin. Was there over an hour. Thank you for your awesome service.

It is a nice store, I find what I need and of course its workers are kind but especially Matt is a very friendly and amazing person.

I like shopping there. It's a smaller store so its easy to find everything. Hardly ever crowded. Staff is pleasant.
